what if Deku had Opposite Manipulation. This would work through Izuku knowing the quirk and copying it to alternate it's characteristics. (This would mean that Deku can't copy and change OFA because he doesn't know what it is and he can't change AFO because the opposite would be.... well nothing)
For Example: if deku was to copy explosion the opposite would be implosion, or instead of having ice shards like Shoto, It could be a Blazing heat shard. Or a extremely dangerous thermal mist. And instead of Uravity decreasing gravity, he can increase it on things he touches. And similar to Shigaraki instead of making things Or people decay/rott, he could strengthen objects, and people temporarily
This is a my original Fan Quirk I've thought of as far as I know since I haven't seen anyone else attempt this.These are the ideas I've thought of so far but there is endless possibilities and potential

I vaguely remember a what if i read about a year and a half ago that had that same premise but instead it was an altered version of AFO he could alter quirks in the story he did it to Bakugo a lot where he would change his explosions into implosions.
Deku literally created a paradox from seeing himself in that suit.

What if deku was given a similar power to laws oppi oppi no mi by AFO to cultivate it and make him immortal but loses him after his defeat by all might snd he puts him into UA protection. Could even have a cool shambles moment with bakugo like when luffy attacks law but he swapped places with donflamingo like planned.

Glad that Inko is helping him with his situation of him being Quirkless! But why did it have to be in a terrible way?
For some reason, this sounds more like what happened to the Girl from Kill la Kill when she was a baby. Also, wouldn't it sound better if Izuku had obtained his powers from working so hard to get into UA High and when he did, that one girl with the pink hair and glasses would work with him and eventually they would get some time to past to be around an area with many chemicals for an invention that wanted to be made and that's when the lightning would play into Izuku getting his power. Then he could still have his mother but you know. . . Still got daddy issues.
What if izuku got a gift from a god as compensation for not having a quirk. Kinda like the main character in Moonlit Fantasy.
What if izuku had a twin sister that each shared half a quirk. Example, sister could breathe fire, but izuku could control it. He's still a nerd so him being on the control end would play to that strength.
