Man I can't believe nobody sent you the Warwick one since it's something we might see in S2 but hopefully you guys check it out ruclips.net/video/fsnDbealN9E/видео.html
I hope you saw my comment guys Riot supports reactions and never claims on their music or cinematics you dont have to worry about blocking songs or skipping for your videos :)
55:24 Two things regarding Amumus music Video: - the guy you hear singing in this video is Christian Linke, Lead Producer of ARCANE - Amumu was cursed all the way back when he was still alive, the reason he became undead is that his curse extends so far that even Death rejected him and refused to take Amumu with him.
@@MACReact Adding to that, Amumu is a yordle, the city he goes back to is Bandletown and he destroy it with his tantrum. The same city you saw in the next video, Mortal Reminder.
I somewhat wonder if the shadow wolf chasing Amumu out of the forest, in the beginning, is the early thoughts of Kindred, where even Wolf will not take him to death. Kindred came out years later but might be an early idea.
@@marcps3522 Amumu being a Yordle is not confirmed. Everything we know about him points to him being a Shuriman child, possibly the child of an emperor way older than Azir. There is nothing in his lore that suggests that he is from Bandle City
@@dragonheart1357 Bro, the Amumu video is pretty self-explanatory. He goes back home "when Amumu stood upon the ledge of home", and what we see is Bandle City, wich is the Yordle City. Not only that, you can check in his biography, it says "Yet another story of Amumu tells of the first and last Yordle ruler of Shurima". And on top of that. This would be the most yorlde non-yordle character in the whole game. It just doesen't make any sense him not to be a yordle.
22:06 the same thing Heimerdinger saw, that's why he rejects Magic. This character's name is Ryze, many assume that he's the one who saved Jayce in the Arcane show. Those stones are called World Runes, it's like hex crystals but way more higher destruction. Ryze is collecting the World Runes and hiding them in an Underground vault so no one can use and abuse the powers of it, because it can literally destroy like a whole continent.
@@roudkaross IIRC, we don't really know how many World Runes there are, only that there's _at least_ one missing. The way that lore talks about them though, it's highly likely that there's several out there, just waiting to be found.
@@davidgribble6313 What he saw and says about Piltover's Creation would fit very well with the Rune Wars. It could be different between in Arcane because what he saw was 300 years ago while in Canon lore the rune wars were 1000 years ago. However that's a rather small change and compressing the timeline is definitely something they could do.
1:14:12 Actually they are all playable characters They are Ekko, Qiyana, Senna, Akali, and Yasuo. The only one you haven't really seen before is Qiyana.
@@mathies3598 er... The rune wars was way way back. It's impossible for Heimer to have witnessed it. If he's only 300 years old as he claims to be. So it's more plausible he's refering to something different.
@@meidanrrustemi8322 Before correcting me. I suggest you two to do some research yourselves. Where do you guys get off spreading misinformation like this? Ryze is a thousand years old while Heimer stated that he was merely three hundred. Ryze was born during the BN (Before Noxus) era and Heimerdinger was born during the AN (After Noxus) era. Ryze experience the Rune Wars firsthand, he lived it. While Heimer wasn't even born yet. It's true that Yordles age far longer than other species but their life spans cap around five hundred. So tell me who's older? Atleast do some proper research before correcting people. It's not even that hard to look for source material.
The Korean guy wearing red with the glasses, is Faker. He’s probably the best, him and his team won worlds three times and whenever there’s animations that include the pro league players he’s pretty much the protagonist.
Altho this video is quite some time ago, I would like you to know the playable characters :D in order of appearance: Twisted Fate (card man) - 03:25 Fiddlesticks (scarecrow) - 03:48 Ryze (blue guy) - 04:08, 21:16 Nocturne (shadow creature) - 04:28 Katarina (red head knifes)- 04:47, 07:08 Garen (dude with big sword)- 04:47 Tryndamere (angry dude with big sword) - 05:26 Annie (little girl) - 05:48, 16:11 Leona (solari, gold armor) - 06:57, 25:26 Ahri (fox girl) - 06:58, 35:30, 46:00 Darius (big axe) - 07:24, 42:35, 49:07 Draven (double axe) - 07:32, 12:52 Zyra (poison ivy chick) - 08:19 Graves (shotgun, cigar) - 08:33 Rengar (catman) - 08:41 Jax (lantern dude) - 08:41 Nautilus (huge anker man) - 10:10 Jhin (mask dude) - 12:40 Irelia (female Shang-Chi) - 13:04 Camille (sword legs lady) - 13:26 Riven (grey hair chick) - 13:31 Sion (red ball belly) - 13:45 Karma (blue halo behind her back) - 14:59, 42:42 Akali (ninja chick) - 15:00 Yasuo (sword, large tornado) - 15:14, 28:03, 36:16 Kennen (yordle pikachu) - 15:22 Miss Fortune (double pistols chick) - 22:26, 37:35 Nasus (Egyptian dog man) - 22:40 Sona (harp girl, keys) - 22:54, 57:32 Trundle (angry troll) - 22:59 Diana (lunari chick) - 25:35 Aurelion Sol (large star dragon) - 27:29 Yone (double swords) - 28:04, 31:48, 45:48 Taliyah (earthbender) - 36:44 Ekko (white mohawk) - 37:05 Blitzcrank (hook robot) - 37:13 Lucian (double laser pistols) - 37:53, 38:38, 41:00 Thresh (hook lantern) - 38:09, 38:39 Senna (big laser gun) - 38:41, 40:57 Viego (grey hair, crown) - 42:04 Samira (eye patch) - 42:35 Poppy (yordle hammer) - 42:49 Vayne (crossbow) - 43:15 Zed (masked ninja) - 49:27 Amumu (mummy dude) - 53:20 Teemo (yordle, green hat) - always there just invisible, 56:58 Karthus (flying ghost, singer) - 57:07 Yorick (undertaker, zylinder, bass) - 57:15 Tristana (yordle, white hair) - 57:34 Rumble (blue yordle) - 57:34 Mordekaiser (pikey armor, guitar) - 57:50 Olaf (tiny double axes, viking dude, drummer) - 58:07 Kayle (wings, sword) - 59:54 "Rise" had actual League of Legends pros pictured as some characters, while the protagonist (pro player "SSG Ambition") had several weapons of different characters on his back. Weapons carried are "purple sickels" of Kha'Zix, "spear" of Jarvan IV, "hook/morning star" of Sejuani. Portraied legendary players "G2 Perkz" as Yasuo 01:00:58, "RNG Uzi" as Vayne 01:01:49 and GOAT "SKT T1 Faker" as Ryze 01:02:18. The runes are acutally logos of teams and World Championship Winners "Taipei Assassins" (Season 2) and Fnatic (Season 1). Then later there are the Runes of "SKT T1" (left and right, winning Season 3 and 4) and in the middle Samsung Galaxy. The video is actually about SSG's victory climb in 2017. In the end you see some more players with weapons of different characters looking up to the Summoners Cup (Worlds trophy). In "Taken Over" the protagonist fights several pro players: "FNC xPeke" as Kassadin (2011) 01:04:03, "SSW Mata" as Thresh (2014) 01:04:30, "IG JackeyLove" as Xayah (2018) (not shown here), "SSG Crown" as Galio (2017) (shadow in 01:04:56), "TPA BeBe" as Caitlyn (2012) (weapon, 01:04:59), "SKT T1 bengi" as Jarvan IV (2013) (weapon, 01:05:08) and "FPX Tian" as Lee Sin (2019) (01:05:23). The protagonists trainer is none other then "SKT T1 Faker". "Burn it all down" has several pro players and champion weapons/skills depicted. Too many to list them also. "Enemy" has the Arcane characters. The formation "True Damage" consists of Ekko, Yasuo, Senna, Qiyana and Akali. The band "Pentakill" consists of Karthus, Yorick, Mordekaiser, Sona, Olaf and Kayle(?!). The group "K/DA" consists of Evelynn, Ahri, Akali and Kai'sa, plus they had a feature with Seraphine. Baron Nashor (big boss mob in game giving a huge buff, not playable) - 06:23 God that was a lot ^^ hope it is useful and interesting to some. :D
You're correct about Rise, they are all real people. It depicts the story of the 2017 world championship, the main character is a dude called Ambition. He's basically going against famous people, clothed as their signature champions, from teams he beat in the world championship. First he goes up against Perkz, he's dressed up like Yasuo, the wind swordsman guy from one of the cinematics you've seen. Then he goes up against Uzi, portraying Vayne, a character that shows up in the ruination cinematics for example. And lastly he goes up against Faker, the best player to ever play the game, who's portrayed as Ryze, the vharacter from the Call of Power cinematic. This world championship was significant because it was the first time Faker lost in a World Championship, Ambition finally breaks the SKT (Faker's team) dynasty and stops them from winning their fourth world championship. Not all worlds cinematics include real people, but quite a lot of them do, and Faker is in most of them.
20:00 She wasn't Annie's mom. She was step-mom one along with her daughter in yellow clothes 'Daisy'. Her mom gave her the Tibber doll before their departure, and likely to have high magic energy that pass through her bloodline with Annie.
Yeah the guy with the glasses is indeed the “Lebron” of League of Legends. His name is Faker and that’s why in a lot of the cinematics he’s shown as the end game boss because he’s won more chips than any other player so far. His team has fallen off in more recent times but he is still considered the Goat.
Except the guy at the end of Take Over is Tian, not Faker. Faker was not playing in worlds that year. The guy at the beginning of the newest one is not Faker either, that is Show maker from South Koreas DWG
Yeah Faker probably hasn't been *THE* best player for a few years now, but he's still among the worlds best, plus all of his earlier accolades easily makes him the GOAT
Faker would more so be the Jordan of League, because he quite literally changed the game in multiple ways he not only revolutionized how the actual game was played, but practically single handedly changed its perception and possibilities IRL it's less about his 'level' at the moment and more about what he's done (and continues to do) for League and eSports as a whole
In the first video, the last "snake" creature was called Baron Nashor. It is a neutral enemy in the game that your team can kill for extra buffs. All of the others were playable characters.
@@MACReact In fact the game has some giant characters in the game, even gods (like a dragon God you reacted to in this video called Aurelion Sun), but their power level in the lore does not impact the level of power within the game
If you really wanna live in the Runeterra a bit longer I cannot recommend *Necrit* enough. A youtuber whos entire channel is about the League of Legends Lore. He does analysis, Time-line and Theory videos but also just straight up readings of the stories in the lore. The lore is insanely good and Necrit is good enough as a narrator to make it very easy to listen to. He does have a pretty thick eastern European accent which kinda bothered me in the beginning but actually grew on me to a point that I think its actually elevating the stories now xD Anyway, yea... Teemo is in fact Satan... I think Riot on leaves him in the game to piss people off.
Best thing about the GIANTS music video tho: if you pause it at the right second (1:12:36 in your Video) you can see the now official ARCANE poster/Thumbnail at the wall behind the escalator. And GIANTS came out years before that. Great little teaser if you look back at it now.
22:16 Yes 37:58 No, Lucian. Lucian, a Sentinel of Light, is a grim hunter of undying spirits, pursuing them relentlessly and annihilating them with his twin relic pistols. After the wraith Thresh slew his wife, Lucian embarked on the path of vengeance… but even with her return to life, his rage is undiminished. Merciless and single-minded, Lucian will stop at nothing to protect the living from the long-dead horrors of the Black Mist. 44:01 Yes... Once ruler of a long-lost kingdom, Viego perished over a thousand years ago when his attempt to bring his wife back from the dead triggered the magical catastrophe known as the Ruination. Transformed into a powerful, unliving wraith tortured by an obsessive longing for his centuries-dead queen, Viego now stands as the Ruined King, controlling the deadly Harrowings as he scours Runeterra for anything that might one day restore her, and destroying all in his path as the Black Mist pours endlessly from his cruel, broken heart. 48:40 The same, Yone. In life, he was Yone-half-brother of Yasuo, and renowned student of his village's sword school. But upon his death at the hands of his brother, he found himself hunted by a malevolent entity of the spirit realm, and was forced to slay it with its own sword. Now, cursed to wear its demonic mask upon his face, Yone tirelessly hunts all such creatures in order to understand what he has become. 49:20 Yes, Darius. There is no greater symbol of Noxian might than Darius, the nation’s most feared and battle-hardened leader. Rising from humble origins to become the Hand of Noxus. 49:27 Zed is the leader of the Order of Shadow, an organization he created with the intent of militarizing Ionia’s magical and martial traditions to drive out Noxian invaders.
The one who sung "The Cursed of the Sad Mummy" is Christian Linke himself. One of the Creative Directors of Arcane. He also the one wrote the song "Get Jinxed", Jinx's theme. AND he also wrote a whole ass Pentakill Album. He's such a treasure to league's community.
Fun fact: the guy who sang 52:51 Christopher Linke is one of the head producers of Arcane. He started out in the music department and worked his way up.
From the annie cinematic, that was her Mother-in-law she killed. In the drawings Annie painted as a child, we can see how the biological mom is buried + the bear is a gift from her. From the "Ryze call of power cinematic". His Flashback to where a city is being destroyed by "red energy", is what Heimerdinger refers to in Arcane regarding the dangers of magic.
I love how much you guys have gotten into the universe! I started the card game a year or so ago and thought the lore was crazy cool so I did the same thing you're doing, binged every video I could.
The Ionian Myth is a little confusing but it is featuring his brother Yone. It's representing how he became what he is after Yasuo killed him while also representing what happens in the afterlife in Ionia. It's another skin for him in game, which is why he looks so different as well. For GIANTS, it features Ekko, Yasuo (Samurai guy), Senna (girl with the big gun from Ruination), Qiyana (who is a playable character), and Akali (ninja girl from Ionia)
No. He is a completely different person who happened to meet the same fate as Yone. It is a "myth" in Ionia that a slain swordsman must make peace with his past or be consumed by it, hence the title of the video "An Ionian Myth". In the cinematic, the statue also says "you could've saved them", referring to the statues of all the people around, which doesn't relate to Yone at all. Meaning that's a completely different event exclusive to the person in the cinematic.
@@azeem1597im way late but oh well. No that is yone in the spirit realm after dying. The azakana lures him which had been watching him for a long time. It baits yone to feel guilt (which azakanas feed on) for all of the fallen soldiers fighting in the noxian invasion of Ionian yone "couldn't save". And obviously yone ends up fighting it and winning. How are you saying this isn't him when he literally has the iconic red sword and shows him walking with the mask in the end ? 😂
@@alexsimpson7495 That mask at the end was a teaser for Yone's release. Official Rioters and writers have literally come out stating that that isn't Yone in the cinematic. Sit this one out. Also Yone had been revealed long before his release in league and nothing of him resembles the man in the cinematic.
Love the reactions, you guys are so quick and smart to pick up on things, truly shows you have a good amount of knowledge and experience with this theme. Truly enjoyed the video, thanks! keep up the good work :)
In the Awaken cinematic, you’re watching the Ionian/Noxian war. Some people are saying that it was teased in Arcane when Mel’s mom said that her brother was killed by someone he betrayed. That someone being an Ionian and it sparks the war. Some people are saying it’s another Noxian general, Swain. But we’ll just have to wait and see!
It's definitely not the first war. There may be another one coming some time in the future. This is present day Irelia and Akali in the cinematic. We know Irelia was around 14 years old during the first war and Akali even younger than that because she was only a kid when Zed took down the Kinkou Order.
When you said I want to play as these people during the giants reaction I was like, "You can but its gonna cost you for those skins!" For real great reaction!!! The world ones are definitely going to be hard for you to understand, id almost recommend watching opening ceramonies over the music videos, since you dont know the players animated into them. They are the MVPs of the professional scene, like a tom brady in football
I just realized that the ryze cinematic is like doctor strange protecting the world against velkoz (dormamu) but he is blue and collects runes (infinity stones) like the purple alien Thanos. hahaha it's always good to rewatch the cinematics
I just wanna say I found you guys because of Arcane but man do I love watching your reactions. You guys are genuine as hell and I really appreciate the channel! Keep up the great work!
FANTASTIC video! Again, Im a huge fan of league and play often. Ill impart a few notes (yeah another essay). Garen was fighting red haired girl, Katarina, in the story they have a 'will they, wont they' thing going on. Remember Darius? Noxian axe guy, the other guy with him with the hair, that's his brother, Draven. The dude with the mask on the piano, thats Jhin, he's a serial killer (obsessed with the number 4 and his kills are works of art) lol. The little electric Yordle was Kennen, a ninja. Annie is a kid in the game, two of her lines are "What's your favourite [aminal]? a Bear!?" and "Let's count to five!" lol. Ryze is a very good guy, always helping and saving the world from existential threats...etc. However, because he's so focused on helping and had a long life, he sometimes comes off as sharp, impatient and rude (but still helps A LOT). The solari girl's name is Leona and the Lunari one Diana. Yasuo and Yone are playable characters. Yasuo is probably the STRONGEST champ in the game and he's regularly banned. A 'just good' Yasuo player can 1 v 5 the enemy team (winning a 1 v 2 is difficult) - vid below is evidence. The 1 v 5 starts when the Naruto music starts at 15 secs LMAO. I know you probably wont get a lot of what's happening, but Yasuo's health bar is red, and the enemies are in blue. ruclips.net/video/Hjjf_OCJhnU/видео.html Red haired girl pirate is Miss Fortune. The gunslinger fighting the monsters is Lucian, his wife is Senna. The masked ninja that Darius fights is Zed. He creates shadows and switches places with them, dope skill. And LOL at the 1 hour mark, with the Rise vid, those are actual real life players and they made a trailer with them and the accoutrements of the champs they play. At the end of the first trailer (and in almost all the others), the kid with the glasses and the book and the scroll on his back - that was a representation of 'Faker', the best League player, ever. And Im not exaggerating when I say he's AMAZING. His reaction time is in the split-second, bordering on the superhuman, and watching him play (if you understand the game) is quite literally EXHILARATING. For a regular player to kill him in game is considered a great honour and worthy of bragging rights. He is the one who stands at the highest peak. In game, he's approached with EXTREME caution, or just not at all. His title is the "Unkillable Demon King" (no kidding, google it) - and I assure you, it's well deserved. Here's a clip of one of his all time most famous plays - if you dont play the game, youll have no idea what just happened lol, but there's a little explainer afterwards. Even if you don't understand what's happening, the reactions of the announcers are enough to tell you how good he is: ruclips.net/video/o8vGaC4OZIs/видео.html Okay, so Ill just leave here and apologies for the essay haha, i mean i love this game so i can help it. Teemo is a stone cold killer.
Fun fact guys the guy who wrote and sings Curse of the sad mummy is one of Arcane's show runners "Christian "Praeko" Linke, also he is music composer of several Champions Themes and yes , almost every champion in the game has his own music theme ...
The Annie video: The blonde woman was Annie's father's second wife. Annie and the blond girl were step-sisters and the only thing Annie had left after her mother was the teddy bear. Her mother was a powerful witch and Annie inherited her powers, but couldn't control them. I think it was also Annie who bound a powerful demon into her teddy bear, but it could also be her mother who did that, I don't remember. So that's why she was so protective over it.
I'm amazed by the amount of details in the scenery she's able to pick up at times lol. I've watched these a lot but haven't noticed certain things she did
In all of the music videos(including true damage), the characters are all champions, just with new looks, new skins. And you can buy those looks ingame and play like them. Ppl often say that riot’s music studio is just advertising so they can sell more skin ingame
22:17 Yes, that Is what Heimerdinger was talking about. It's known as the rune wars, a large-scale conflict that happened close to the beginning of the story of League of Legends over these magical artifacts called World Runes, that basically shaped the world of Runeterra, the world of League of Legends. This conflict over the runes got so out of hand that an entire civilization, Icathia, was destroyed. Icathia is where Ryze is from, and he's collecting all the world runes and storing them within these trees that have a property to them that lets them absorb magic, to make sure they can never be used again. Fun fact, the bark from the trees is what Demacians use to make their armor, they turn it into a material called Petricide. Hope this helps explain some things!
1:15:44 there are similar glitch themes not because the same people worked on it, but because it's the same character with the same powers. Can't believe you wouldn't guess that dude's Ekko, that's so funny x) The reason why their appearances are changed is because it's a promo video for a skin line on the game.
thought i would make another post to let you know the worlds songs have the players in it. started back with ignight in 2016 i think. there are songs played at worlds that dont have them but the worlds song does.
@@heinzerhardt7047 yeah , maybe cuz he is so talented and has so many skills , the dude also is music composer of champion themes and sings pretty well
Absolutely love your videos, you're one of the fewest channels that i hit the like button before pressing play, you guys deserve way more subs, i hope youtube algorithm works and will recommend your videos to more people
So with the video that started around 45:48 that's actually from an event with the skinline known as "Spirit Blossom". And Ahri, the fox girl, from what I know can only get in that form when using that skin in game as her running from base animation at times. And in the lore of the Spirit Blossom Skins: Ahri, the fox girl, is actually a guide for the dead to lead them to their destination. Those that stray from the path do so on their own accord but can get into trouble or meet other spirits who aren't as nice as she is. Basically Ahri, the fox girl, is like the ferryman in this skinline all while keeping the attributes of a fun loving, playful, cunning being like a fox.
Here’s a really cool thing they do for Worlds winners. Each team who wins the whole thing, work with Riot, and get their own skin in game. They allow the team to be fully involved in the process and allow the players to not only pick the theme/colors/design/etc., they also each to get to pick a champion they used in the Finals as the champion to get the skin. If you ever want to check them out the SKT skins are really nice as well as the iG skins.
The music video for Rise is essentially showing the journey of Ambition, a long-time Korean pro player, finally overcoming all of the challengers along the way to claim the Worlds Championship in 2017 as part of his team, Samsung Galaxy. The opponents all have the likeness of prominent players at the time like Perkz, Uzi etc., with Faker, the best player of all time and a fellow Korean pro, being the "final boss" that Ambition overcame in the 2017 Worlds Finals.
If you guys want to know even more about the lore @Necrit here on youtube has posted tons of the written lore for Leauge in Video format. He most if not all the characters lore. I promise you'll have so much fun and won't regret it.
Nobody gonna mention mummy song was written, created, and sang by Chris, who is one of the producers of Arcane? The amount of talent that dude has is crazy
"Its like a shotgun and a revolver." Dude i have never seen grave's gun as a revolver until today.as soon as she said it i noticed the chamber he has in the middle. Ive been llaying league for 3 years now and never noticed.
So the guy you see from the videos after Rise. His name is Faker. He's from a pro team of SKT-T1 and he's a god of a player he is the one who outplayed, still does, a great league player as Zed in League and inspired the quote/meme "IS THAT FAKER?" He's just an all around great player. I unfortunately haven't kept up since 2019 League when FPX came into the scene for the LCS
People keep telling me that, but I tried uploading 3 times. BREATHE and Enemy got the video blocked. More and GIANTS got the video demonetized. Idk if they changed the rules or something.
@@MACReact it depends on the artists that are featured. Songs by imagine dragons and zedd for example get claimed while songs by non mainstream artists usually get a pass
So the lady with the blade legs that you thought might've been Singed's daughter, is Camille. She's actually a Piltover noble of House Ferros, her family name was teased in episode 2 of Arcane, and i wouldn't be surprised if she shows up in season 2.
for the Ionian Myth at 45:56 it was the brother (Yone), he didn't look like that in the flashback because this is after he was killed by his brother. so in the after life essentially. and this is basically how he became what he is now the cool guy with red mask fighting demons lol
38:34 Actually when this cinematic came out I was freakin out cause Lucian (The guy with the guns) lost his wife because of Thresh (The green shadow guy), in game there are some lines of dialogue in which Lucian refers to when he lost Senna. All of this since 2013 when this two Champions (Lucian and Thresh) came out. My favourite ADC champion is Lucian and see him getting his wife back was awesome. Fun fact: Was a time when this two (Thresh and Lucian) were one of the best duo that you could pick.
So in Annie’s origins the mom is actually her stepmom her real mother died when she was younger, so her sister is actually half related, that’s why the mom hates Annie and blames her for ruining everything Also people have speculated that her teddy bear is fused with her mom’s magic since her mom is a witch and made the bear for Annie when she was a baby, which is why she has that magical connection with it
You heard the song but haven't seen the video? That's because you watched the opening ceremony for worlds 2021 in the last video. It was pretty much a big advertisment for Arcane since it was just about to come out back then, and Burn it all down was one of the songs in it.
28:00 is a story between yone and yasuo (both playable in the game, yasuo came out first). yasuo and yone were both trained by a master of wind technique called Souma and during an invasion by the Noxians, Yone went to the "frontlines" while Yasuo was tasked to protect Souma. Yasuo who was the top student didn't want to waste his abilities and left his post and when they returned they found Souma dead. Hence, he was framed as a murderer. If you realised in the cartoon fight scene, Yasuo wasn't using his sword in the beginning and only unsheathed his sword after the one he picked up broke. 45:54 this scene shows how Yone got his form after Yasuo killed him. In the afterlift, the demon is known as Azakana that hunts based on negative emotions if i remember correctly. But in the afterlife, Yone hunted them. just a very simple sum up of their lores hahah
"that dude is like LeBron of league" i mean, he is known as the "unkillable demon king" he is the best player league has seen, 3 time world champion, 10 times winner of his region, not to mention his team changed so much over all those years yet he still is as stable as a rock for his team
I don't know if anybody commented yet but Ahri and Yasuo are featured in the Ruined King game that takes place after the cinematic showing the two of them together, and they just updated Ahri ingame to reflect the cinematic and the game with new voice lines and lore and stuff.
The end videos with all the players, the 1 person you see in each one is Faker, because he's basically the face of League of Legends. He plays on a team called SKT in Korea. He's been named as the best mid-laner in the world. He won 3 world championships, and many, many more championships. He's one of the top players in Korean solo queue, and everyone who plays the game knows who this guy is. Google his gameplay, it's actually nuts watching him.
For future reference, I'm 99% sure Riot doesn't strike channels with their *original* music in it. The songs at the end were all originals. Double check but again, I'm 99% sure.
It wasn't blocked but a few of the songs got the video demonetized. Not by Riot though, by some other company representing the artists I guess. This video was posted a while ago though so perhaps things have since changed.
Characters you see in the first video "A Twist of Fate" Twisted Fate - Card Guy Fiddlesticks - Scare Crow Ryze - Blue dude Nocture - Shadow Creature Katarina - Black Widow Garen - Demacia Dude Tryndamere - Ugly Sword Arm Annie - Teddy Girl And the Snake, thats Baron Nashor, hes an Epic mob you kill for a certain buff
the thing about the Spirit blossom skin that I could think of to be less confusing, is that is his pure spirit form, untainted by the demon which is ingame default Yone. (sry if if my grammar is wrong)
*The story behind the Cinematic music video of RISE.* The main guy is a player called Ambition. Ambition was once considered one of the best Korean players at some point in League of Legends until he got 1 versus 1'd by another player called Faker. Nowadays Faker is considered the greatest League of Legends player of all time, with 3 world championship titles to his name. The video follows Ambition's journey throughout the 2017 world championship. The first person Ambition meets is Perkz (designed as Yasuo) from team G2, who he beat in 2017 World Championship and he beats in the video as well. After that he meets Uzi from team RNG (designed as Vayne) who is considered one of the greatest players as well. But he survives that battle, because Uzi actually wins in the Group stage. Anyways Ambition continues through the final. At the end, Ambition reaches those very big pillars with symbols on them. Those are the previous world championship winners. And there, he meets the person who "took" his title of one of - if not THE best player in LoL history - Faker. Faker was designed as Ryze. In 2017, Ambition's team faced off against Faker's team (SKT) in the finals. And Faker has never lost a world championship final before. But in the end Ambition wins. He beat his demon, Faker, and for once wins a world championship himself with his team SSG. The video is about rising up and never giving up. Ever since 2013 Ambition has been haunted by Faker, but in 2017 he got his revenge. And after he beats Faker, you can see the clothes he was wearing fall off and his jacket underneath show. It has his team logo on it, Samsung Galaxy (SSG). And then one of the stone pillars illuminate the Samsung Galaxy logo.
Late to the party but just wanted to say that there has been updated regarding the Lore of League of Legends very recently. Arcane is now canon and he first source for lore, followed by all the Legends of Runeterra content. This is all in preparation for the Riot MMO :) Necrit has videos about his if you're interested in this at all. There is also a new League boyband called Heartsteel - absolute banger! Same as the new Worlds Anthem called GODS by Riot ft. New Jeans! :D
The Metal band is called Pentakill. In game a Pentakill is what it's called when one palyer kills every player on the enemy team in more or less one fight. The musicians are all characters from the game and you can play as the musicians with skins. The floating main singer is the best, he has amazing voice lines with the Pentakill Skin :D
I would like you to watch the cinematic called Wrath of Zaun, there you will see Vander obviously not as Vander. Also the normal dudes you said at 1:01:24 are in fact normal dudes, all i know is that they're pro players of League of Legends and in this music video we see them "play" as actual characters in game, probably their main characters.
riise cénimatic was about the tournament, & those were real humans (pro players) animated in there with league characters weapons, which makes it so fire
If you wanna hear who that was at the end of the Pentakill video, check out Tear of the Goddess by Pentakill (not a music video but still great fuckin music) and also probably Gathering Storm by Pentakill as well.
Camille, the girl balancing from the ceiling AOT style is an enforcer in Piltover, a notorious one aswell, but she was not on Arcane S1 since her character appears in the future when Caitlyn is already the Sheriff
True Damage Skins are basically skins for Ekko, Qiyana, Senna (Lucian’s wife), Yasuo (Yone’s brother who is also a champion in league) and Akali ( the K-pop girl who is also featured in KDA music videos done by riot.)
12:32 I still get teary eyed when I watch A New Dawn. I remember watching it premiere. It was the 2nd League thing I ever watch, after Get Jinxed. That time period was powerful and scary for me as a LoL newbie.
god dammit i was not expecting to see the curse of the sad mummy today, i try to avoid it when i don't want to feel things. (The thing following amumu btw is kindred, the lamb and the wolf, which in league of legends is the personification of death - the lamb comes for those who accept death, so it's peaceful, while the wolf pursues those who try to escape death)
the True Damage music video is for the skins in the game. All of those are playable skins for the champions in the game. They make the music video just to market the skins in game, so u buy the skins and look cool
in the annie origins thats her step mom. the bear was a gift from her mom who died and a part of her moms soul resides in the bear to protect annie if memory serves.
I love the deeper dive into League. Riot also released video of an upcoming fighting game from the League universe. Since the character list for the game hasn't been released yet, I've seen videos of people going through the League of Legends champion roster and picking who they think should be in the fighting game. I think it would be cool for you guys just to check out the whole champion list and all their different skins. There are over 140 champs at the moment by the way.
Thanks for all the support guys!

i think lol music vids are copyright free
I hope you saw my comment guys Riot supports reactions and never claims on their music or cinematics you dont have to worry about blocking songs or skipping for your videos :)
should react to the story of FAKER.
@MacReact hey guys, today was realesed a completely new League of legends cinematic called " The call" you should check out
55:24 Two things regarding Amumus music Video:
- the guy you hear singing in this video is Christian Linke, Lead Producer of ARCANE
- Amumu was cursed all the way back when he was still alive, the reason he became undead is that his curse extends so far that even Death rejected him and refused to take Amumu with him.
Wow that guy is crazy talented!
The world rune missing is with Brand i think right ?
@@roudkaross I have no Idea, but all I know about Brand is that he was consumed by the power of a World Rune
That might be what he saw. We don't know for sure.
1:14:12 Actually they are all playable characters
They are Ekko, Qiyana, Senna, Akali, and Yasuo. The only one you haven't really seen before is Qiyana.
Goddess Qiyana
Yes that right! Heimerdinger's warning about the magic is in the video "the call of power" ,the true power of magic...
The rune wars...
@@mathies3598 er... The rune wars was way way back. It's impossible for Heimer to have witnessed it. If he's only 300 years old as he claims to be. So it's more plausible he's refering to something different.
@@misfittoys4569 hes a yordle, his physical body is 300 but hes probably wayyyy older
@@misfittoys4569 bro he is more old then ryze

"Rise" had actual League of Legends pros pictured as some characters, while the protagonist (pro player "SSG Ambition") had several weapons of different characters on his back.
Baron Nashor (big boss mob in game giving a huge buff, not playable) - 06:23
God that was a lot ^^ hope it is useful and interesting to some. :D
You are doing god's work.
Pentakill consists also of Viego(since last album) and Kkayle is not in it jst does not sing in Mortalr Reminder
we need people like this. the world will become better and better
U are awesome bro
Skt won season 3,5 & 6 no?

Interesting how people forget that Bengi has 3 titles as well, since he played with faker all the years that T1 won worlds.
Faker would more so be the Jordan of League, because he quite literally changed the game in multiple ways
he not only revolutionized how the actual game was played, but practically single handedly changed its perception and possibilities IRL
it's less about his 'level' at the moment and more about what he's done (and continues to do) for League and eSports as a whole
In the first video, the last "snake" creature was called Baron Nashor. It is a neutral enemy in the game that your team can kill for extra buffs. All of the others were playable characters.
Ah ok! I was thinking, "Why would you pick anyone ELSE if you can pick this giant monster?" lol
He does have a pretty thick eastern European accent which kinda bothered me in the beginning but actually grew on me to a point that I think its actually elevating the stories now xD
Anyway, yea...
That's so dope! Awesome easter egg!
Most depressing League of Legends stories:
Amumi
Annie
Arcane Jinx

I would add Aatrox story .
Also Amusing: canon Jinx
22:16 Yes
37:58 No, Lucian.
Everyone has been telling us about that guy, he's so insanely talented
Fun fact: the studio that animated arcane also made the curse of the sad mummy
Fun fact: the guy who sang 52:51 Christopher Linke is one of the head producers of Arcane. He started out in the music department and worked his way up.
I love watching you guys react to the league universe so much!!! Keep it up your reactions are awesome
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed!
MOTHER IN LAW 😆. Annie ain't married ;d
I love how much you guys have gotten into the universe! I started the card game a year or so ago and thought the lore was crazy cool so I did the same thing you're doing, binged every video I could.
Dude I started the card game like you said and it's insanely addicting! I was scared of that, you guys might never get another video again lol
Oh nice catch! I love how everything is connected in this universe.
It's definitely not the first war. There may be another one coming some time in the future. This is present day Irelia and Akali in the cinematic. We know Irelia was around 14 years old during the first war and Akali even younger than that because she was only a kid when Zed took down the Kinkou Order.
When you said I want to play as these people during the giants reaction I was like, "You can but its gonna cost you for those skins!"
For real great reaction!!!
You should definitely watch League's "Villian" music video.
...especially since Madison said that Evelyn was her favorite KDA member 😊
I was like yeah, obviously, Madison is the one singing for Evelynn til I realized that you weren't talking about Madison Beer xD.
I just wanna say I found you guys because of Arcane but man do I love watching your reactions. You guys are genuine as hell and I really appreciate the channel! Keep up the great work!
Thanks that means a lot! We're gonna keep working hard!
I know you probably wont get a lot of what's happening, but Yasuo's health bar is red, and the enemies are in blue.
ruclips.net/video/Hjjf_OCJhnU/видео.html
Red haired girl pirate is Miss Fortune.
Even if you don't understand what's happening, the reactions of the announcers are enough to tell you how good he is:

Fun fact guys the guy who wrote and sings Curse of the sad mummy is one of Arcane's show runners "Christian "Praeko" Linke, also he is music composer of several Champions Themes and yes , almost every champion in the game has his own music theme ...
Thats so dope, that guy is so insanely talented.
I'd highly recommend K/DA Villain, the animators are flexing hard in that one.
Yeah pliss >.
Ppl often say that riot’s music studio is just advertising so they can sell more skin ingame
wdym “ppl often say” that’s literally the purpose of the music videos 🗿
Can't believe you wouldn't guess that dude's Ekko, that's so funny x)
The reason why their appearances are changed is because it's a promo video for a skin line on the game.
48:40 yeah that's the brother - Yone. The video "the path" is supposed to be his journey through the afterlife after being killed by his brother Yasuo
thought i would make another post to let you know the worlds songs have the players in it. started back with ignight in 2016 i think. there are songs played at worlds that dont have them but the worlds song does.
Fun fact - guy, who sings in "The curse of the sad mummy", is one of the Arcane's showrunners, Christian Linke.
From various comments I have heard / read from people working on Arcane he is the probably the most important guy behind the show.
@@heinzerhardt7047 yeah , maybe cuz he is so talented and has so many skills , the dude also is music composer of champion themes and sings pretty well
Such an insanely talented individual!
Oh shit yeah, I just noticed it, Ryze looked like he's collecting infinity stones lmao
Wow that's pretty crazy! Very cool for them to do that.
crying at the fact that the "most replayed" part of the video is the scene where Teemo gets kicked x_x
Fun fact, the song about Amumu the sad mummy was made by one of the creators of Arcane, Christian Linke! ^^
Hit the nail on the head, when saying that the Ryze cinematic, was what Himerdinger warned about
If you guys want to know even more about the lore @Necrit here on youtube has posted tons of the written lore for Leauge in Video format. He most if not all the characters lore. I promise you'll have so much fun and won't regret it.
Nobody gonna mention mummy song was written, created, and sang by Chris, who is one of the producers of Arcane? The amount of talent that dude has is crazy
I believe lots of people mentioned it, everyone has been raving about how talented he is!
I unfortunately haven't kept up since 2019 League when FPX came into the scene for the LCS
all lol videos are copyright free. you can play full length music and videos without any problems. Great reactions!
So in Annie’s origins the mom is actually her stepmom her real mother died when she was younger, so her sister is actually half related, that’s why the mom hates Annie and blames her for ruining everything
Also people have speculated that her teddy bear is fused with her mom’s magic since her mom is a witch and made the bear for Annie when she was a baby, which is why she has that magical connection with it
17:47 "ANiE... dON't lEt GOOOoooo ~~" - Fiddlesticks when killing Annie :D
exactly before i go to bed, giving a nice touch to the night before sleep XD
WAIT. as soon as you mentioned akame ga kill omfg I LOVED that show so y’all r my new favs.
Haha we have a sword collection (pretty weeb I know) and Akame's sword is one of the best. Love that show
You heard the song but haven't seen the video? That's because you watched the opening ceremony for worlds 2021 in the last video. It was pretty much a big advertisment for Arcane since it was just about to come out back then, and Burn it all down was one of the songs in it.
Fun fact, the singer on The Curse of the Sad Mummy is Christian Linke, the executive producer of Arcane!
But in the afterlife, Yone hunted them.
just a very simple sum up of their lores hahah
as far as I know, the singer of amumus song is Christian Linke, one of the Arcane producers I think
Fun fact: curse of the sad mummy was performed by Christian Linke, who’s the show runner for arcane
Very cool! He's talented as hell
22:02 Yes, an image of Rune Wars, that's what Heimerdinger talks about in Arcane.
"that dude is like LeBron of league" i mean, he is known as the "unkillable demon king" he is the best player league has seen, 3 time world champion, 10 times winner of his region, not to mention his team changed so much over all those years yet he still is as stable as a rock for his team
Oh God, don't call him that. That's a name made up by turbo-weebs. Just call him Faker.
@@Goomsies ... i mean, thats literaly what fakers hideout is called if you transalte it
@@luk4s56 I know, and it sounds way less cringe in Korean.
@@Goomsies i mean even rito themvelves aknowlage it by naming mission to win games with perfect kda after that title.
Characters you see in the first video "A Twist of Fate"
Twisted Fate - Card Guy
Fiddlesticks - Scare Crow
Ryze - Blue dude
Nocture - Shadow Creature
Katarina - Black Widow
Garen - Demacia Dude
Tryndamere - Ugly Sword Arm
Annie - Teddy Girl
And the Snake, thats Baron Nashor, hes an Epic mob you kill for a certain buff
the thing about the Spirit blossom skin that I could think of to be less confusing, is that is his pure spirit form, untainted by the demon which is ingame default Yone. (sry if if my grammar is wrong)
Pentakill: Mortal Reminder
Madison: Oh this place looks nice! 😍
League of Legends fans/summoners: For now... 👀
*The story behind the Cinematic music video of RISE.*
The main guy is a player called Ambition.
22:20. yep you got it. that's exactly the stuff heimerdinger was talking about in arcane.
I would like you to watch the cinematic called Wrath of Zaun, there you will see Vander obviously not as Vander. Also the normal dudes you said at 1:01:24 are in fact normal dudes, all i know is that they're pro players of League of Legends and in this music video we see them "play" as actual characters in game, probably their main characters.
came here to say that about the normal dudes. it was a video made for the worlds pro league event and it was fucking sick lol
7:55 what i do as a Support every time… and who doesnt get honored?😂😂
riise cénimatic was about the tournament, & those were real humans (pro players) animated in there with league characters weapons, which makes it so fire
If you wanna hear who that was at the end of the Pentakill video, check out Tear of the Goddess by Pentakill (not a music video but still great fuckin music) and also probably Gathering Storm by Pentakill as well.
1:12:36 do you recognize the poster behind akali ? :)
Camille, the girl balancing from the ceiling AOT style is an enforcer in Piltover, a notorious one aswell, but she was not on Arcane S1 since her character appears in the future when Caitlyn is already the Sheriff
True Damage Skins are basically skins for Ekko, Qiyana, Senna (Lucian’s wife), Yasuo (Yone’s brother who is also a champion in league) and Akali ( the K-pop girl who is also featured in KDA music videos done by riot.)
hey ! Thanks for entertaining me for an hour and a half :D
I love Teemo!!! He's my absolute favourite little champion on the rift (first equal with Lulu).
I'm glad someone else likes Teemo too 😂😂
Queen-Don't Stop me now syncs with almost all of these songs
Lmao I gotta try this out
Fun thing about the Breathe cinematic.
It's Noxus invading Ionia, so in the situation, Darius is the bad guy xD
Why skip though
12:32 I still get teary eyed when I watch A New Dawn. I remember watching it premiere. It was the 2nd League thing I ever watch, after Get Jinxed. That time period was powerful and scary for me as a LoL newbie.
Gotta love watching league of legends cinematics! Awaken will always be my favorite!
god dammit i was not expecting to see the curse of the sad mummy today, i try to avoid it when i don't want to feel things.
(The thing following amumu btw is kindred, the lamb and the wolf, which in league of legends is the personification of death - the lamb comes for those who accept death, so it's peaceful, while the wolf pursues those who try to escape death)
yeah that one was very sad, I was waiting for something good to happen and then it just ends...
@@MACReact yeah amumus lore has nothing happy in it
the True Damage music video is for the skins in the game. All of those are playable skins for the champions in the game.
They make the music video just to market the skins in game, so u buy the skins and look cool
"Looks like the end of Loki."
"Big chungus."
😂
And dang, you guys already get what the Ruination cinematic was about. 👏
in the annie origins thats her step mom. the bear was a gift from her mom who died and a part of her moms soul resides in the bear to protect annie if memory serves.
22:16 It is, you are right.
'Why can't we look cool like this?' I guess all things are relative. To me you both look way cool.
Aw thanks! That's very kind of you to say.
i play league for almost 10 years now and it is so nostalgic for me to watch this all over again
Teemo yeet is pog, also the moana i just realized might be a reference to lillia. Details I'm just noticing.
That sounds amazing! I haven't played LoL because it seems difficult and time-consuming but a fighting game is right up my alley!
