that 0.8% health after each skill would match up perfect with the other trait that boosts your skill regen by 100% when you get low on HP
get skill crit/regen gear, and when you have at least 5-6 skill crit/regen, you can fill rest with regen/evasion or regen/stun until you can get skill crit/regen.
with 10 gear sets of regen go both pandas, the new panda and normal panda, with an avian that gives hp regen and you will heal like crazy, it will win you any fight you take.
