Love watching your Videos. A suggestion- Whenever u go to the store,stop at each Vegetables/ fruits area and show them eg-- this is a Banana . That way,they will see,feel,colour and spelling,price and it's a fruit . 😋

Try plain popcorn for the heartburn. It works like a charm. I used to take Prilosec and once I got the popcorn thing going on, I have almost never had heartburn again. It seems to balance the stomach biome. 😊

Bryer is starting to understand English words , so that's why she was perplexed when mom started jabbering at her in gibberish . Blakeley's enthusiasm for helping with the cooking is contagious - she punches right in and takes the initiative !!!

Lanie, I hope you feel better. I have really bad acid reflux. My doctor prescribes the generic medication for Protonix, 20 mg. twice a day. (There is, also, a 40 mg. pill, meant to be taken once a day, that my doctor switched me to for only one month, because it did not last for 24 hours. Therefore, I went back to 20 mg. twice a day.) When I don't take medication to control this, it feels like I have strep throat. There is a danger of getting esophageal cancer, if the acid is not kept under control. You might ask your doctor to prescribe the generic medication for Protonix, if what you are getting over the counter does not work.
