@@ashirkhan8962 some Shukokai Karate, Shooting Kempo, Elephant fist Kung Fu. Didn't reach Dan grades. Should have learned judo, kyokushinkai, Sambo! Arts where actual combat is part of the training. Then under dojo conditions, you toughen up and under stand what works and what doesn't while in stress mode. A lot of martial arts just play at fighting. Back in the 70s and 80s you read magazines and believed martial artists where super human. Now people realise being good and effective, requires tough conditioning and hard work. No such thing as the 'death touch' or Chi.
@@reinschaizen not too late for some things, but when you reach your sixties, your body isn't as flexible, doesn't heal as fast, and we have enough trouble with our bodies at that age as it is without the problems brought on by combat, especially grappling. But that doesn't stop me admiring the art and dreaming of being young and fit enough to learn it!

Well it's a little bit less effective on the beach. But dude i think you can just find sambo or grappling club around and find it by yourself.
