There nothing like Tiktok search history option on instagram. If you watched something and didn’t like or comment on it, you’re basically done and won’t be able to find it again.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IT DOESN'T WORK
I had a reel open on insta on my phone and was in the middle of typing a response, but then I went and checked an email. As I went back to instagram, that I didn't close, the tab was left as was with the reply screen on it. As I went back ans clicked on the tab, initially for the first half a second my reply screen pops up and then it just proceeds to jump to the home page automatically.
And obviously there was no way for me to get back to that reel and finish my reply. Incredibly annoying there's no logical way to just go back to the reel I just watched. And even more annoying it pops back to the homepage while no one was asking for that.
So if anyone's got any tips on that...
Yes, same. I was in the middle of writing a comment on a vid spreading wrong information, which I obviously didn't like. Tabbed out and when I tabbed back in, it disappeared after half a second. Instagram is extremely User unfriendly

Yeah, it would be perfect if it was any of those options but I clicked on a post on my feed and then it opened up reels and I started scrolling and then I clicked on the person's account and then clicked on something else and it brought me to the photo section with the filter and I lost where I was at smh
This clickbait video currently has 6.6k dislikes versus 1.5k likes. It's so stupid that RUclips decided to start hiding the count of dislikes (unless you're the owner of the channel or you use a plugin that can reveal it), because this video deserves all the dislike.

Insta do not provide feature for watch reel history
You’re right, Instagram doesn’t currently offer a feature to view your reel history. Hopefully, they’ll add something like this in the future. Thanks for pointing it out! 👊
They need to make some kind of god dam watch history like youtube. At least save the last few watched. Im constantly trying to rewind or accidentally graze the screen and the reel is just gone forever.
