- In this home automation project, I have made a Google Assistant and Blynk controlled relay module with NodeMCU ESP8266. This is a very simple but useful IoT project to control the different home appliances with Google Assistant and Blynk App through the internet.

To make this IoT based smart home project I have used the followings:

thanks bro. very clear instructions but i have one question. the response of esp and relay in slow. why is that?
Thanks for your exceptional good video, patience and the hard working behind all of these. Is it possible to make the AC Dimmer which runs both Blynk app by using slider button (or "+ve" & "-VE" buttons instead of slider ) and two physical touch sensor switches (say 4 pcs TTP223 or 1 PCS TTP 224 for controlling 4 steps ...etc. ) for manual Control (Increasing or decreasing the bulb intensity or fan speed ) , If so please make a video particularly in coding part, It is difficult to relating the physical two buttons with Blink slider in coding part.
It is more better to add 2 more button for controlling 2 ac loads (Just on and off ). Thanks

I am really loving this stuff. I am also trying similar project on my own inspired from your video. But blynk app is not working for me. It says could not connect to server. Do you also face this issue and how do you resolve it.

In this video you connects node mcu with mobile hotspot. But in case if we have to control these thing from so far, how you can connect the node mcu with internet? And also whether the mobile connect with home wi fi or node mcu.
So , if I want to used I Arduino then I can use it with esp32 and with the help of Arduino and esp 32 can i make voice control, with phone (blynk) and normally physical buttons, is it possible with esp32 and Arduino?
Nice explain...but ifttt platform gives only 3 appletes for free.. if you want more access you need to upgrade the applets creation..
Is there any other possible way to control more appliances apart from ifttt platform

Already done same process..able to control appliance through blynk app by tapping just on/off..but main issue is that when I say turn on relay one ..Google assistant says ok turning on relay one but there is no turning on relay one ..what's the issue .... awaiting ur response

Hi sir. I would like to clarify how does ifttt connect to google voice command? Or it is automatically sense the voice from google and the ifttt automatic capture it and initiate the command?
Here, Google assitance is connected with IFTTT. So when you say, the google assistance send it to IFTTT server, then IFTTT send the respective trigger to Blynk server.

Thanks. You have to use same Google account in IFTTT. And also give the required permissions.
Where exactly are we using esp8266 wifi module?
Only 4 applets accepted in IFTTT which 1 pair 1,0 for relay 1 and same for relay 2

Hey bro,it's a awesome video,easy to understand.. but i faced a little problem,i enable to control relay by google assistant and blynk switch,but when i command the google assistant to turn on/off the relay,the feedback switch status on blynk app is not following actual relay status. So please i need your help.. thanks..
In Blynk mode will be switch and to turn off relay it will send "1" and for turn on "0". please check the button configuration

The switch button is not following actual relay status,when i command by google assistant only. Currently i used regular IFTTT with limited 3 applets. Is that affecting?

As per the new rules, you can create max 3 Applets for free. So you can control only single relay from Google assistant.
@@TechStudyCell it worked for me only when i say switch on LED but when i use the comman Google Turn off LED it says it is not set up that means i can only control one LED to turn on and not even enable to turn it of advice in this issues

No. You have to use any WiFi module like ESP01 with Arduino.
