I think “flow” is when you’re so submerged in your work that you forget that it’s time to eat and when someone tells you that’s time to eat, you feel like killing that person 😂😂😂 I’m fortunate to be in the “flow” many times, maybe because I was never misjudged by my family and encouraged to do art. My late mother wanted me to take an Art degree, but I preferred Languages and I don’t regret it. I enter my art room, and I’m almost always in the “flow” immediately. And if I am not at home, and I pick up my art supplies, being stitching or art journaling, I’m in the “flow” too. However, I believe that we can be in the “flow” and still listen to the birds, a song, the rain or people talking. I think in this case it depends on people’s personalities. I’m very attentive and I pay attention to everything. Although being in the “flow” often, it never happened to me to think: “who did this?” I always know it was me 😂 Being open, feeling open, is the secret to be in the “flow”, I believe 💙♥️💗💜💚🧡❤️🖤💛
