I have knee pain or aching under my knee cap. I thought too that maybe I have arthritis? I walk, do knee bends with yoga ball and knee stands. Plus have 3 levels of stairs in my place. So thought I would always have this pain or aching in right knee. I just tried your cross friction message with my thumbs and pain went away. WOW! AMAZING! HELPS ALREADY FIRST TIME. Thank you 😊

I’m 67. For the last couple of months I have been getting a burning like pain on the front right knee only. It seems to be the tendon underneath the patella. I cycle regularly and it seems the pain occurs a couple of days after my last bike ride. I only notice the pain when I bend my leg a fair way in towards my buttocks. My right leg is slightly longer than my left. I stopped cycling and the pain went away after a few weeks. I am pretty sure I have over stressed that area from riding in too high a gear and up hills. Thanks for your tips on reducing the pain and also pain prevention. I have found the massage helpful and I will look at making some adjustments to my riding including insuring my leg is straight and aligned as I am sure even without the stress of the higher gear use going up hills it’s also the repetitive motion that can cause damage if you are not riding properly.

Sir After one rainy day, I went to a playground. When I just checked the surface of the ground, most part of the ground was little bit dry. So I started running fastly keeping in mind not to reduce my speed for atleast the next 3 minutes. At one stage I didn't notice a surface which was filled with green algae. When I placed my left leg on it, I started skidding. I did not fall on the ground. But my left foot slipped to extra 5 or 6 inches forward than my actual point of landing.
I felt like a strong electric current was passing through my knees with intense pain for atleast 3 minutes. Then I went to Bone hospital. The doctor took X ray and told me there is no ligament tear but there is a bulge or swelling which indicates you have strained your ligament. He gave me some tablets & 3 physiotherapy exercises to do daily for 3 months.
But now the problem is those 3 months are over. If I stop doing those exercises I can feel some pain in my knee while climbing stairs or if I decide to go for running. Further even if I do that exercise regularly I feel that little bit of swelling in my ligament has not disappeared till date.
Do you have any idea of what should I do now sir? Your experience might help me to comeback to normalcy.
    Waiting for your reply Sir🙏🙏🙏
