    I use this for my Quad and IT band that are constantly tight and cause pain. Dry needling is the best thing I've ever gotten introduced to. The twitching and big muscle jumps are such a. Relief

      Haha, it'd all about changing the tissue environment and that input can help too. 🙂

    I always have muscle twitches, they never stop. I have it for two years, it was very severe at first. There are more, but it is not like before. What kind of treatment should I do?

      Thanks for watching, it's hard to say for your specific case. However, I had a pt with Muscle twitching that dry needling did help with. It didn't fully resolve but the frequency and intensity reduced. This pt also did a lot of medical testing to help determine the cause. I'd get evaluated by a physio that does dry needling and they can determine what treatment is best specific to you. Good luck

      @Anton Bunschoten ah understand, dry needling is a bit different in the sense that the needles go deeper into to muscles. But, not sure the technique you experienced with acupuncture.

      Usually not, but everyone is a little different and depends on the location.

      I'm not sure what your budget is but it can be reasonable if you find the right provider.

      Become certified for dry needling and you can do it yourself. That's how I'm doing it. It feels too good and my insurance only covers so much so I'm becoming certified in it

    What does the dry needling do actually?

    • @baldptdude
      @baldptdude  Год назад

      The main goal is to stimulate a healing reaction to the target tissue by creating small trauma from the needle.
