For your normal dash, yes. For your ultimate, you get a free dash since you either need 8 kills or orbs to get an ultimate.
That's at minimum every 2 rounds, and that's if you got an ace and the orb 1 round, and 4 kills the second or 3 kills and an orb. Makes sense you get a free dash
