@@trique9776 We love it here but there is a major housing shortage here right now, might not be so bad if you're prepared to buy. I have family in France!
@@trique9776 Just saying he showed the best parts of ventura. Most of it like the avenue will not look this nice, you will notice a lot of run down houses and shops in general that dont look super welcoming. Overall its not a bad place to be in, but its not what it looks like in this video everywhere in the city.
Ventura is home, born and raised. It's truly beautiful. Our fair has the same acts as the oc fair, but you don't pay a separate fee to see them. The beaches are the best in California. We are so fortunate to be here. Plus, our community is pretty great too. Lots of sweet people looking out for each other.
Our current city planners love to build six story view blocking condos selling for $850,000, it has changed much in the past few years, on our way to being Irvine2.0
A really great down to earth video of Ventura. I am hoping to get to visit the Ventura area soon with my wife in October. You are a wonderful tour guide. Happy trails!
ventura oxnard those beaches are never crowded with santa barbara up north and la south no one goes to these beaches and there clean safe id call it a hidden gem
I visited Santa Barbara and ventura, after having been in l.a. for a while, and I LOVE SB and V. there was an immediate cool, laid-back vibe to both. the most stereotypical LA, for me, was acrually outside LA, in SB and V.
You'll have to check out Oxnard on your next trip up the PCH. There's the Channel Island Harbor, walking path around Seabridge, food hall at The Collection, Oxnard Beach Park, and more.
HISTORY, .... back in the day Ventura was the dumping ground for people who could not afford to live in Santa Barbara, it was still that way up into the 1960s+
I live in Seattle (20 years, not all together) but from the Washington DC area. I am getting older (57 next week) and am tired of cold, rainy winters. Ventura sounds great. Does Ventura have low-income apartments?
What causes it to be so much colder than the rest of CA? If Im walking around I like temps in the 60s but on the beach swimming I'd like 80s... is it too cold to be in a wet bathing suit on the beach or is it warm in the sun? Also, do you have any comment on a good apartment complex in the area? I'm learning toward the Wagon Wheel at the moment. $2500/moth is about my cap, and that's the cheapest apartments in the Wagon Wheel. Side note, I love the lizards too. I have a pet Tegu lizard, he actually hates high temperatures, he likes 75 and sunny so he should be happy in that area.
hello? I enjoyed watching the interesting video. Is there any place there where I can ride an electric board? If time permits, I would love to ride there.
I live in Ventura and it's so seriously underrated, beautiful place to live!
peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehoooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Right? Gem for sure!
We live in France, and are considering moving to America, if we did, we would move to Ventura! What would you say that you do not like about Ventura?

Used to live in the area I miss it

You should try Baja bay surf N taco in the Ventura Harbor they are the best fish tacos in world!,,,
You should checkout the harbor
Is Ventura in Florida? Or Jersey?
California
😂😂😂😅
It used to be a well-kept secret.
Baja bay surf n taco the best tacos in Ventura Harbor
Don't say you are from LA.
Please go back to LA, this place doesn’t need to become more gentrified
You must be a realtor....
The roads in Ventura SUCK!
Shhh don't burn it out gabacho.
Hey man dont take this the wrong way, your face shouldnt be in 50% of the shot, we understand you just fine tgru ur voice, we want to see the scenery
I like the dudes face. Great video. Couldn't have been better.
It's a vlog my dude
It's his style, you shouldn't bother trying to change it. I think his vlogs are fine the way they are.
Please , STOP these videos. By the time I get back it'll be to crowded and will lose its Underrated status !!
Stay in LA Ventura doesn’t need to become a shit show like Los Angeles
underrated? ha
Wrong! San Buenaventura is still the city's name.
