Watch the MACD closely on these, and use other technicals to confirm. IONQ for example looks like it has days of downside potential. Wait for a good MACD cross, above the mid line only. If it crosses but doesn't creat positive side, then wait. I made this mistake with Rgti last week thinking it was about to flip and all it did was become a falling knife and torched my 0207 calls for several hundred in losses.
