I think KULR is making carbon fiber bodied batteries for classified projects that require structural strength and heat resistance/proof housings or skin or layering. Yep expensive and hard to make. I think they are in the R&D of dark projects. Imagin the body of a drone or a (thing) being the negative electrode that is carbon fiber. You could make that (thing) durable as hello and light as phu. Also very reliable.
