The word that comes to my mind after just two spins is ORGANIC. The first impression is that there is less by design mind bending parts, the album has kinda warmer vibe and the flow of the tracks is very natural.
Tosin Abasi is one of my top 10 Favorite guitarists of all time tbh for me. If this new album is as any good as what I have heard from the singles yeah I’m gonna love this thing.
Been a metal fan since I bought Iron Maiden Piece of Mind at Tower Records in Sacramento in 1983, then Metallica, etc. my family friends coworkers don’t understand Metal. Your channel is like talking to some cool dude at a party who gets me. Plus I’m getting introduced to stuff I’ve never heard before. Keep it up 👍
I was very happy about this release (already when they released monomyth) as I was a bit worried what will be the follow up to 'the madness of many'. It's satisfyingly heavy, entertains though a lot of proggyness and on top of that it introduces new elements (f.ex. the vildhjarta break in red miso). I wish it would've been a bit longer :D
1:20 You're so right about the video game thing! I think this album might pair pretty well with Elden Ring, come to think of it :) All of this beautiful art coming out this year is so welcome after the shittiness of the last couple years.
Best album of 2022 so far besides Once Human, and Zeal And Ardor for me.. This album really surprised me it's technical, brutal, melodic, beautiful at times, and Groove Metal.. this album has was just...🖤🖤🖤♥️💙

Agree with all of this!

Absolutely killer record dude!
The album had way better songs than any of the singles were to me, and that's meant in a positive way.

Yes! Album has such a cool vibe to it
AAL is a Great band, no doubt about it, i love listening them. just a detail :the riffs are sometimes too repetitives.
I feel that!

@@pairofjeansreviews2034 That weekend has Misery Index and Blasphematory!
I expected waay more from this, especially after 6 years. Probably their weakest release by far
Disagree but it is very different than their other stuff
