When in Singapore I always stay at one of the two hotels at Raffles City so this video was a return to my "old Singaporean neighborhood" In the opening pan of this video, Raffles City at 34 years old is still an impressive architectual achievment. This new Funan Mall is a vast improvement on that old, dark, always-empty, momolithic shopping mall that occupied the site previously.

The new Funan is just so awesome! But the old design will always have a place in our hearts 😂 i wonder if Sim Lim(square) will go through the same transformation
