Hi I’ve just found you and subscribed. I’m in Australia and I’m trying to figure where you are. I’m thinking East coast of the States. It’s interesting watching the different ways that people paint. Is your multiplacer from DAC? Hope your throat is well soon. Have you thought of massaging your throat with Essential Oils, like Eucalyptus, particularly near the eustation tube? It might help your ear drainage too.

You need rest your voice and also your body or you make yourself feel worse . I also have sensitive ears . So when I have sore throat recently I also had problems with my hearing so it’s better now . I also have problems with wax since I was kid soon I be 37 in October . All I’m suggesting is put yourself first and look after yourself then you can look after other people when your well enough ❤

This a suggestion have you never thought the kids might have autism . ? Teaching kid about rules etc and being that strict on a kid that might not being diagnosed yet with autism in my think make things worse but I’m from Scotland in uk maybe in your country things different . I know in my experience in uk when I was kid if you were dyslexic teachers use think I was stupid and luckily I had dyslexic teacher help me out but I struggle a lot and it just made me feel worse . Later on I was diagnosed with Asperger’s and my daughter when to council nursery and primary and the way you explaining about how treat kids is how done with my daughter and I had pull up the school and the headmistress . Kid have to be taught different when when comes to kids with special needs . People need understand them not be judgmental and treat them as if they naughty or bad behaved and yes you mentioned about maybe in their private life’s they might have problems but still try be more understanding but also try to tell them right for wronge and how feels for other kids and themselfs . This only advice but I not seen anyone else give you advice on this video but I just felt that were I live different from yourself and just listen to your video I just thought give some advice . I hope helps . I also wish i was there because kids love me and I have 4 kids of my own . I’m Scottish so I can be very loud when I need to be and very polite at the same time when I need my own children to listen . ❤😂

I completely understand where you are coming from and appreciate your feedback. We should always speak up for the ones who can't speak for themselves.
I think what you are referring to is when I had to use my "mom voice," where I was stern. I didn't sound demeaning and didn't yell. I just made sure she was listening because she was in physical danger. I now have her 2x a week for small group. She's a very happy, loving little girl.
Please let me know if that's not the part of the video you were speaking about because I want to make sure I address any concerns. I do want to also say that I have a lot of training with Autism and this is always at the forefront of my mind, but where I live talking about this is a violation, so I have to be careful. I just leave it out of the conversation and try to focus on the other parts of my job.
