- On average, we attend five emergencies a day. On the 5th July 2022, James was one of them. He had suffered life-changing injuries when a car collided with his in Alton.
Our Dispatcher, Ruth Sheppard, saw the call come in and deployed the Critical Care Team, who landed nearby just minutes later. Dr Frances Dolman, Dr Louisa Chan and Specialist Paramedic Mike Funge began to treat his injuries to try and save his life.
