    Thanks for putting up this interesting video, Richard and Indrani! Could you clarify if the evidence in the second column has to counter the evidence in the first column, or does the client write two independent sets of evidence for and against the NT? Further, how is this technique different from a regular CBA please? Regards

      Hi there, great question! There are different ways of doing the Examine the Evidence technique. You can either write Independent sets of evidence, write evidence against the negative, or both. It is different from a Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) because it goes into evidence about whether or not the thought is true or not. The CBA goes over the advantages and disadvantages of having the thought.
