I used a flex pipe. The next problem is that the whole entire system rattle with the motor causing the muffler connection to break quicker. If you go that route, I think I'd add a 2" donut and three bolts with the spring for the motor vibration. BTW the flex pipe rusted on me in 2 years. Let me know a better way.

could have hammered it down a bit to get rid of the gap before welding... turned out good though...
i think i may have put a flex pipe in their to make it easier and less strain on your header itself good video though

Yea that would be ideal, I agree. I just ended up doing it with the tools and parts I had.

I bought it cheap for a work trade so I am not sure.

It did seem to improve the throttle response a little.
