I like your video, but it doesn't work on me, I have Lenovo yoga 7 ryzen 7 5800U with MediaTek Wifi 6 MT7921 card and Samsung galaxy S9+. Everything is up to date, I can't see my laptop in my phone but i can see my phone in my laptop. It always requires bluetooth pairing every time when I try to send files from laptop to phone and it won't and failed to connect. Let me know if you have any solution for this issue. And also what should I do to undo the installation, registry and everything? If there is no solution for me to fix this, I just want my laptop to stay normal like it was before installation
Hi, Have same problem today. Everything is set on visible and public, even made a login on pc with samsung account but it wont detect my phone. It's on same wifi network. Latest version of apps are installed. Cleared data and cache on phone. Latest drivers are installed. It's the same intel wifi device as yours on video. Running win 11. Reg file don't work anymore.
Got around average 260Mbps speed on quickshare using a s21FE and Desktop having GIgabye DS3H B660M Wifi Motherboard, Got around 550+ speed on Nearby share
Ahh that speed keeps changing. I managed 560Mbps with Quick share as well. It's nature of wireless transfer. It's great that now we now finally have nearby share!
Hello! It seems like Samsung added some more security code. I have Acer Aspire 7 - A715-74G and Samsung S21. On my laptop Quick Share starts, but it feels like glitchy and also from time to time suggests me to update my drivers. Also during, or after passing some file it likes to close on laptop, so I cannot find my PC from my phone. I have to start Quich Share on PC every time I want to pass a file. I reinstalled it, and run bat and reg files a few times from Admin and not, it doesn't work good, the result is the same. To be shorter - I feel like it's not reliable solution to easely pass files from PC to phone and vice versa. But with Nearby Share from google situation is even worse. For now they have beta version of their app for Windows and for some reason it passes 1gb file with speed around 100kb per second between 2 devices which are in the same wifi network. I guess it's because they use bluetooth, I saw zero speed in wi-fi tab in my task manager on PC. So from that perspective Quick Share looks the best option... But it's glitchy on non Samsung laptops... May be there are some good alternatives from third-parts side? If anyone has some suggestions - welcome.
the text on my instalation progress bar i get a text sayin "installing necesary frames" instead of a simple "installing" text and stops at 15%. i followed all the steps. did i do something wrong?
I can send files from my PC to my phone, but I can't send any file from my phone to my PC. It's doesn't appear on the near devices. Did anyone has this issue and could solve it?

Yea, Nearby share is working fine for me. I wish samsung didn't lock it like this. And I see that Quick Share is faster than Nearby Share. Just a tidbit.. if you ever decide to upgrade your wifi card.. get an Intel AC wifi card.

I expected this. Can you update your bluetooth driver? And can you tell what is the name of your wifi adapter? To check type this and press enter in cmd: ipconfig /all Check the name of the "Wireless LAN Adapter : WiFi". I made it to work both ways on my Intel AC9560 adapter after updating my bluetooth drivers for my AC9560 but it still works much better and almost flawlessly with Intel AX200 series (Two other laptops in our house has this).
Plz make a video about s20 fe 5g new april update , it has changed the binary for s4 and u4 to u5.. So is it now means that any one who update to that april 2023 update will not be able to downgrade the os ever again?

It works halfway for me i can send files from my S23 ultra t o my legion 5 pro but can't do the other way, sometimes when i open it says Check your network connection and try again. how do i fix that? @@techstation365 ya...but gotta say..the transfer speeds were blazing fast from laptop to phone..sadly even after adding exclusions, kaspersky anti-virus always detected bat file as threat and removed it

If you've followed the steps correctly, it must work.
Once try updating your wifi driver from Intel's website.

I made it to work both ways on my Intel AC9560 adapter after updating my bluetooth drivers for my AC9560 but it still works much better and almost flawlessly with Intel AX200 series (Two other laptops in our house has this).

I am facing the same issue with AC 8265 adapter. And bluetooth drivers are also updated.

Yea never possible to downgrade again. I haven't got April update yet. I always check Binary before updating.

It is possible as it's not perfect. I managed both way transfer by using latest drivers for AC9650 adapter.

Mediatek card. That's the reason. It works best with Intel AX card.
