  • When a man lies, he murders some part of the world. These are the pale deaths, which men miscall their lives. All this I cannot bear to witness any longer. Cannot the kingdom of salvation take me home?

Could you do this one without kirks solos? And for Orion, there's a james solo in there, but for the most part in this and Orion they play the same riffs but take turns with solos, could you separate them and treat both james and kirks solos as one to remove them both?

I tried. It's a lot easier to remove the solos when they are a simple mono signal. There's quite a bit of "bleed" into the other channel here.

@@instrumentallyinsane9326 thank you though if no one else has said it. I also learned how to do it, that plug in for audacity. But it separated bass, vocals, drums, then "other" so both rhythm and lead got mixed into one. It's a shame too cuz I'm sure there's people out there paying for those AI apps to do it and they're not uploading them.
Btw I am looking to play my own covers, when it comes to posting them on here do I have to email their label for permission?

@@levig8236 Technically, yes, but if you aren't monetizing the video(s), then there shouldn't be a problem.

@@levig8236 Also, if you take the "other" track and separate the mono from the stereo signals, you should be able to access/alter the solos from the rhythm guitars (for most songs).

@@instrumentallyinsane9326 yeah cuz I did just a little bit of research online and a quick version said they let people use their stuff except for the typical legal jargon of "reproduction and alterations, for sale etc" but other research I found said covers are original recreations.. it's all confusing. Like one guy says he covers every instrument from an entire song to avoid copyright, but if it sounds exactly the same then it's the same... And how can you tell if he did? It's so confusing
