8:46 -- Kang isn't on their side. He just already knows he's going to win, and offers peaceful solutions instead of just deleting people from existence. Phase 4 was the chill phase. People are retiring, stopping small problems, dealing with emotional trauma. Like in DBZ after Goku beats Frieza, everyone comes home and Piccolo takes his drivers test. Mellow stuff. Phase 5 is gonna be dark as hell.

This. Trailer. Was. 🔥 🔥 🔥. The music bangs, the visual effects bang, the plot, dialogue bangs, Kang’s line about Scott thinking he could beat him. That line was nothing short of Shakespearean

The giant rings in this trailer look the same as the rings from Shan chi, Kangs power is the same blue that came out of the rings when Shan's father was using the rings for bad.If you recall at the end of the movie they highlighted the fact the rings of power were going to play a part moving forward.
Everyone seems to keep forgetting that Scott lost more than 5 years with Cassie because he also missed a great portion of her life as she was growing up as a child since he was in prison for some substantial time as well; so if you add it all up Scott has pretty much missed most of his daughter's life which explains why he'd be so motivated to get that time back seeing that it is possible.

Phase 4 was all about dealing with trauma, transition and introducing new heroes. It was purposely that way and was meant to be a down period. It can't constantly stay monotone and dramatic.

I think he talks to two different kangs. He makes a deal with the one that wants to take over the quantum realm but then runs into the kang that already runs the quantum realm based off the two different tones. Antman doesn’t realize he’s talking to two different variants

I generally agree, phase easily the weakest, but it did have No Way Home, Loki, and Wandavision. Plus Ms Marvel as a side project was entertaining. And Dr strange was entertaining as well. But this looks like a good start for phase five and he is so right putting the main antagonist upfront from the start is the way to go. Have people invested right now and not bring him from the shadows. Can’t wait to see X-men pulled in as well.

But didn't Scott lang say in endgame time works differently in quantumrealm. So only for him it lasted 5 hours while the whole world vanished 5 years.

MCU Phase 4 Must be/Will be - What if Season 1 Finale Episode like Greatness*
In the unreleased Comic Con Trailer, Kang says "You're an Avenger? Have I killed you before?". I reckon Kang is going to kill Scott Lang in Ant Man Quantumania, and throughout Phase 5 he's going to be going around killing more Avengers which will set up Avengers Secret Wars when they will reboot the whole MCU with new versions of Tony Stark, Captain America and whoever Kang kills before the multiversial war begins
IF they don't kill off Scott in this, I feel that, since the trailer says this is the Beginning of a New Dynasty, I think that Kang WILL escape from the Quantum Realm and will trap Scott in it...and we won't see Scott again until "Avengers: The Kang Dynasty".
I get a little more enthused for this each new trailer. I just hope it is not a mistake in featuring one of the best Villain's in the Marvel U in a stand alone movie with Ant Man but time will tell.......

Bro in the beginning that was a different variant of Kang they were not all connected .
