I visited the school they attended then and the set-up with the blackboards and everything made me teary because it reminded me that Ghana's educational system is still in the 1930s. Seriously!? It's a big fat lie, I have 2 teenagers in shs,3 and 1 respectively,after all the provisions they send to school u still have to send them pockets money of 150 gh each a week to buy food at the tack shops in the school,PTA even support the schools with foodstuffs yet school the children can't get good food to eat.what this politicians are doing to the educational sector is really sad.primary and jhs is even worse.

I am a JHS math teacher and with about 10 weeks to the new BECE we the teachers have no idea how the structure of the Exams is going to be . The education minister promised to give us samples questions to enable us better prepare the pupils but as at now we have not got it. As having to be present at that particular lecture at UNIMAC, the buildings displaced are buildings in progress. He didn't mean to paint the old buildings. Yes I had my objections as well but listening to the entire lecture will give a full glimpse just this audio played doesn't paint the whole picture of his presentation though.
I think the current government is terribly stressed out and exhausted on the job and must give way to new and competent men who are God fearing to turn our lives around.
