I like the bright orange studio with orange lights shining on you with the dark shots from blue hour, really gives contrast and also lets my eyes rest between the shots.

Stick with the base at first. Use your other settings to bring more light into the camera. If you still don't have enough then start increasing your ISO as the light drops. You'll find a point when you have too much noise in the shot and its not usable anymore
