For me, if I turn off my cellular data and turn it back on. It will literally use a gigabyte just to find a cell tower and stuff like what?

Harjot_legend_singh Bro, If you are in an isolated area where Cell Tower is not readily available, it can take extra data to find the actual signal If it’s not the issue, you can also check your data usage logs to see which apps use excessive data. Try resetting network settings it might fix your issue.☺️

Every day iPhone system takes 100 MB of cellular data when blocking all applications in phone
But other companies not talking any data
iPhone must provide options by user for all systems to stop taken data
