The dry weather is not natural.
Someone is tampering with the waterways and watershed in the White Mountains.
The obstruction of air circulation causes drought.
The obstruction in the White Mountains blocks the movement of heat from the Valley via Salt River and via Colorado River thru Lake Mead.
The offenders are my nextdoor neighbors, in the Millet Swale watershed, at 6000 feet elevation, southeast of Snowflake, in rural unincorporated Navajo County.
If this obstruction isn't stopped there will be more drought, and high temperatures will lead to more severe flooding from melting record snowpacks in the Southwest.
Navajo County is culpable. The State of Arizona is culpable.
