This is a musicians song. Very technical, difficult to play and sing at the same time, let alone with the emotion it needs. Excellent cover. Philips is pretty awesome.

I like it,us dmb fans can be a bit hard on cover/copy-cat artist but this is really good. Sound like a tribute more then anything else,and he's Obviously a fan. He'll I dream of playing there music when I get big.
I hate to say this but he has a better studio voice than mr. original Dave Matthews. His live performances of stone are inadequate so Dave still gets my vote.
Drew Ostaszewski I saw one of Phillip’s concerts and his voice sounds EXACTLY like it does in the studio. I was totally blown away. I do know that he had serious problems with his kidney during his time at American Idol, it almost made him quit actually. But he toughened it out and ended up being a great musician.
He has enough talent to have a single on the radio every couple years, but he's no Dave Matthews.... Good voice, but average guitarist and song writer. JMO

This isn't a cover, it's karaoke, he is just imitating Dave. Glad he has good taste in music but come on, at least put your own spin on it.
