Hi Neruda. Absolutely love all your videos. You have taught me so much about my skin and I think my skin is the most beautiful and healthy it’s every been (thank you sunscreen lol) For my boosts, which I try to do once a week is as follows:
Double cleanse with Manuka honey. Taking the first cleanse off with a warm wet microfiber cloth. I normally steam my face with a warm rag. I then rinse the rag, do a second cleanse and take it off with the rag. I then splash my face with lukewarm to cool water.
After that I apply a layer of aloe Vera gel
Next I apply a serum. (I heard that you were suppose to apply your actives under your masks for the biggest benefit. Is that true?)
Once everything dries, I do the Aztec Healing Clay mask - mixed with apple cider vinegar. I’m looking on possibly moving away from this mask.
After the mask dries, I wash it off - it normally dries tight so I have to take a shower or rinse it off for literally 5 minutes.
Once everything is done I will apply some aloe Vera to the skin along with my sunblock/moisturizer combo that I use daily.
Thank you so much for your videos. I can not express how grateful I am for the knowledge you’ve shared with everyone. It would be a DREAM COME TRUE to get a facial done with you. Keep up that great work and you look so beautiful .

A little pinkness after a treatment is normal, especially if you do massage and do some mild exfoliation... you stimulate circulation in the blood which rushes to the surface. It’s very healthy. If the skin is irritated, and more red than pink, maybe more warm to touch, than it can be a problem.
