I feel a weird sense of proudness ( is that a word or I just invented that?) when I see ONEWE getting love, specially Dongmyeong, he's such a lovable human being. I remember when he was in a show called "The Unit" a few years back (all of them were there, they were called MAS and were the only band in the show, and the other members were eliminated at the beginning) anyway, while in the show, Dongmyeong received criticism for not being "strong" and "charismatic" enough when compared to other idols, and he felt really bad because he didn't feel "manly" and "handsome" (in that fucked up toxic view of masculinity)... now LOOK AT HIM BREAKING ALL THE RULES AND SLAYING EVERYTHING!! he looks fantastic, like he embraced his own beauty and he shows it in such a fierce and beautiful way, I just hope he loves himself the same way we all do love and appreciate him. I'm very early!!! They really are amazing and deserve more attention but already have come such a long way. They are self made band who were neighbors and yonghoon joined after they met at a competition. Yonghoon is possibly one of the best vocalist in kpop.
Let’s be honest, Yonghoon is one of the best k band vocalist, and Seoho and Keonhee, even Hwanwoong are some of the best of the idol group vocalists of this generation
This is just a single, but last time they released Q as a single and then added it to the album that came out about 6wks later so we can always hope that this means they'll have a proper comeback soon. Those adlibs are Yonghoon, they also layered his adlibs over his own vocals like that in Regulus. Honestly this song is incredible recorded but I think it was even better live at their online concert. I recommend listening to the intrumental version too (its on spotify), its amazing how complete their songs sound even without the vocals. There are so many elements I appreciate even more after hearing the instrumental. It'll have promotions apparently, because I saw no long time ago on twt that Parting was approved by KBS!!!!
