Saved my sanity again. I knew I seen it somewhere and as reinstalled game that steering inaccuracy was back and crazy again. You saved my day. Modern tractors with steering lag like old steam powered ones, gosh.
Thanks for the help with that! Now if I could just figure out why my FS22 takes so long to load after selecting the career...takes 2-3 minutes to get to 100% and I have nothing but the base game installed, no mods, and loading from a M.2 drive. All other games open in seconds but not this one.

great vid, but why are you using a PlayStation wheel on pc? it was my understanding that the g29 only worked on PlayStation, thats why i got the g920. I would have got the g29 if i thought it worked on pc. but this video did solve my deadzone problem, thanks.

I have the thrustmaster ferrari 458 spider and was wondering if and how to use it on xbox cause i’ve gone to the game options and stuff and its not an option and none of the buttons work in fs22
I am on the ps4 and it dosent show me either those settings! I only have general settings on my ps 4 but no force feedback or anything like that! Why so?
If anyone is not getting the options, you probably are IN a game. I too didn't listen closely when he said go to main menu first. All settings show up for me now!
hi i have a problem whit my steerwheel if i go to my saved game 1 and load it then i cant move my wheel from left to right then it just like it have some lag our somthing . but if i load my second save game 3 then i dont have no problem the settings are both the same
thanks for helping out with this issue. But in my case, the Farm Sim 22 always set the dead zone back to 14 % when i start the game. I re defined the input bindings xml to all Dead zones 0% and activate the write protection. It doenst matter. When i start the game again, the Deadzones are set to 14% again. I couldnt find any solution on the web for this problem. Thank you for any ideas to fix this. Regards Dan

Yeah, I am not sure what they were simulating. When I was scripting this video, that is when I learned farm equipment don't have auto center.

The classic steering mod is the reason the steering stops moving. Once I turned it off it was back to normal

Plug the wheel in before you launch the game.

Does the g29 work on the ps4 console. I heard only some things work and others don't and the same with the side panel with the ps4?
The G29 does have a switch for PS4 on the top. It can be used on the PS3, PS4, PC.

my g920 does not work in game but it works in the settings of the game like tweeking the steering or breaks and such.. any idea why that might be?

I found program called Open joystick display, this is a separate program not within Farm sim.

I found out my case was cause I was in a game. Have you made sure you were exited to the main menu when going into your settings?

You can try to delete the settings file. Let it recreate it and try again.
I have a v900 steering wheel setup. I can't get the pedal to activate nor w8ll the mouse let me look left and right..only up and down..can you help?

At the bottom you need to click the corresponding key to get into the "advanced" setting.
