    For eeverybody watching this video, if you don't like the "^poppin" effect on spawn, I found that setting Sprite Render > Sort Mode to "Custom Ascending" and setting Scale Color > Alpha with a "ramp up down" curve (looks like a mountain), it looks way way better. Still thank you for the content !

    Leaving a comment for the algorithm, absolute beast of a tutorial and easy to follow.
    At 9:39 For my friends having issues with the example content he used for the smoke like I had. Unreal Engine 5 has updated those smoke textures and I believe the rest of the example content to be in your starter content. So make sure you select that option when you create a project!

      I'll work on it don't worry . We should play with color a lot 😄😄😄😄

    I've been watching this playlist for an hour and, man, with five videos you've cleared most of the fog. THANK YOU!!
    And one question about this one: Is the beam really lighting the scene? It seems it does not. The bloom makes the trick for most uses but, is it possible to make the beam emmit real light with shadows?

    • @unrealmagic1
      @unrealmagic1  2 года назад +1

      Thank you so so so much for such good comment . When you overdrive emissive color lumen light the scene up . It is in their document . Maybe if you want to have bigger effect use actual light

    • @iciervasotomayor
      @iciervasotomayor 2 года назад

      @@unrealmagic1 Not sure if lumen will react to a one-frame lighting effect, but yes, you can always find a workaround with actual light synced with the beam in the BP.
      Thanks again for your videos.
