Not that you want to make your relaxing hobby into a job, but you could totally look into making your paintings into downloadable prints that people can purchase. They look like a vibe that a lot of people would enjoy in their home 😊 you’re so talented!

TOG is more action than romance. The beginning can be slow at times but builds up to one of the most insane and incredible stories. It’s complex, vast, juicy, and has foothold in each series. SJM kinda plays with her own concept of multiverse like marvel. I’d say reading it in the fall is PERFECT.
TOG is incredible, i don’t think i’ve ever thought so much about a book series ever. The world building over the 8 books is INSANE!
Love seeing this art era 💕 I’m so critical of myself that sometimes it seems to hard to start but seeing you slowly gain confidence and sharing is inspiring 💕
Hey girly try pocking wholes in the squash and microwaving it for ten mins. Comes out the same and less time. You can’t season it before hand but good tip if your in crunch
loved ACOTAR BUT Throne of Glass is so magical!! it is less romance driven so I think that turns people off to it but if you like world building and just a very deep storyline then you will LOVE!! I think it's a bit more complex. And love all your sketches and paintings! THEY ARE SO GOOD!! 💘
Throne of Glass is my #1 favourite SJM series. Highly highly recommend. Theres a lot of books, but worth the journey. Hopefully you’ll end up loving them!

I love that you are painting Tara! I love to draw buuut I left it aside for many years and last year I was like, "lets go for it, even if one drawing turns out bad, lets keep going" And it has been so nice, now I must add colour, I am using pencil colors and some markers a few with acuarela still learning, and these vlogs motivate me to do it, because I see that it takes time! I wanted to do it everything in one sitting, and now i am being peaceful when i do it, and so when I see that you are taking your moments to grow in your art it makes me aware that its good to do a bit every day, not all in once.
Your hair looks so pretty! I can really see the shine and the bounce. Amazing how fast it came back after you stopped lightening it. And you must be doing something right with your diet. Your nails are already grown out. And that’s a good sign that your getting all the nutrients your body needs. Healthy girl Summer is kicking ass!!!

also ma'am - you can paint/draw/do all the things! your not giving yourself much credit here. take it from someone who spent YEARS in art class/school... it does take practise and a TON of patience. from what i see here, you got it! proportions are there for sure. and it looks like you mapped out where the shades/lighting is. now, live painting will be a bit tricky. start off the base colours and then add dimension with the other shading. or better it, keep it abstract with just shades/lighting. other that that, keep it up! 😊 🥰

Hi Tara I have read both ACOTAR and throne of glass! I definitely prefer ACOTAR, throne of glass really picks up in the 4th book. If you were to read I recommend tandem reading tower of dawn and kingdom of ash, there are reading guides online! There is also different ways to read the series for example reading the prequel first vs fourth!! The series have similar elements so I think it could be worth a look into it!
Hannah Elise (another RUclipsrs) recently read throne of glass series and made a video while she read it to give her reaction while reading. And another video for her thoughts after finishing the whole series in its itinerary
My summer hobby is learning to crochet and I feel so accomplished when I finish something!

Just like ACOTAR, sometimes you need to push through the first couple of books to get into it. But honestly, I enjoyed the first book but obviously I loved the other books more once I got into it. I’m still finishing the TOG series but honestly it’s such a thrilling ride. You won’t regret it if you thought ACOTAR was good!

So on the book chat, I did the same thing of reading fourth wing then acotar then moved on to throne of glass and only got a couple books in because I didn’t enjoy it as much. I’m currently on holiday in Crete and have binged the 3 crescent city books which I think are a better series to read after acotar because it has made me want to go back and carry on with throne of glass. My recommendation would be go for crescent city first and then throne of glass. As throne of glass is a finished series (for now at least) hopefully by the time you’ve finished them there will be a new acotar book to read haha

tog & acotar are so different it's hard to compare them to each other. where acotar is more romance, tog is more adventure, with romance sprinkled in. it's an absolutely incredible series!! where i prefer the men in acotar, i prefer the ladies in throne of glass. i highly recommend it if you're willing to dive into an 8 book series!!

Firstly, love your content! Secondly, TOG is no joke. A friend described TOG and COM as a super long prologue and I completely agree. It's great but ACOTAR is elite imo.

Throne of glass gets AMAZING after the 2nd book IMO. I love ACOTAR but Throne of Glass just blew me away. I have never had such a rollercoaster of emotions reading a series and a genuine love for the characters. Hands down my favourite book series I have ever read

I felt much the same about Frost and Starlight. It very much reminded me of a sitcom Christmas special. Cutesy but not a lot of progression there. I've heard good thing about TOG, but also highly recommend the Crescent City trilogy. Very good series with some ACOTAR vibes thrown in.

Omg your paintings are so cute. I definitly feel frustrated trying new hobbies and sucking at them. But I'm working on it. Doodling, sewing and crocheting and just accepting whatever comes out. Especially with doodling and crocheting. With sewing I try REALLY hard to be precize and do it well😹
I haven’t read ACOTAR yet but I loveee Throne of Glass! The only complaints I’ve heard is especially the beginning books read more YA, but personally I also enjoy YA and didn’t think it read too childish.

I loved Fourth Wing. Still think about that first book a lot. I then read Acotar and overall thought it was good but have a few books that I thought were stellar. Im not reading Throne of Glass and i’m so obsessed. I think about these books constantly and have flown through them so far.

I started ACOTAR the same time u did. LOVED IT! Going to reread it this summer now that I know all the stuff cause I know I missed stuff.
I’ve read the ACOTAR series and just finished throne of glass (the first book in the series) and I love BOTH! They’re so, so far, good in different ways in my opinion but both so good!
I think you'll like TOG since ACOWAR was your favorite!! It's much more fantasy than romance (though there's still so much romance, just not as much spice) and a lot of strategy and war and just a whole group of characters that you grow to absolutely adore. SLAY

Love, love, love you are continuing your art. As a fellow artist you definitely have talent. Maybe, for fall/winter a watercolor art glass might be fun, just to learn different techniques. A visit to an art show may interest you, too. Look into some of the local art shows. When you create a piece you love, it would be fun to enter one of your pieces. I believe in you. 🎨

Tip with your sheet masks: esp for summer: pop it in the fridge for say all day before using at night. I can't go back after receiving that tip myself. Any sheet mask I use say for feet and hand masks and face sheet mask under eye mask etc I now put all in the fridge before use. Hope you see this and try would love to hear how you feel ❤
