I think that there was a French movie (2010) about some of the monks, the Trappists from the monastery in Tibhirine, mentioned in this video, who were murdered then in Algieria. The title of the movie was "Of Gods and Men" (in French: "Des hommes et des dieux"). I've read it even won a Grand Prix at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival.

Yes.Beautiful film. The book that the film is based upon focuses on how much the Abbot of the monastery was acquainted with the Quran. He respected and had knowledge of Islam. All the monks served the poor people of their area with medicine, clothing and food.
L'amour avec tout ce qu'il représente, voilà la mission des moines et aussi religieuses dont Paule-Hélène et un père mariste, tous deux assassinés à la bibliothèque des étudiants qu'ils animaient à Alger..... Ils ont donné leur vie au peuple algérien en étant dans la vraie fraternité... A nous de prendre ce chemin d'entraide et de respect...! C'est le Christ en œuvre ❤ !

Ahhh, the religion of peace
The movie, released in 2010, was called Of Gods and Men. It was based on a book called The Monks of Tibhirine, by John W. Kiser. The abbey was called Our Lady of Mt. Atlas. It has been abandoned since 1996, when Cistercian monks were killed by Algerian irregulars. The Atlas mountains are a giant mountain range in northern Africa. The movie was filmed in a different monastery called the Priory of Christ the King in Toumliline, Morocco. It has been closed since 1968.

And that has been known for centuries that muslims and christians , relarionship. Spain kicked them out after the middle age. And now Europe let them in their territory?????? I dont understand why. As a catholic Latinamerican, I am worried, because I love Spain. And of course I also worry about Europe as a whole. Italy, the Vatican although this Pope is not of my preference, Portugal, Poland, Ireland and France, the catholic and latin countries, but also the rest because Europe, is the beginning of the Western Civilization. In Latinamerica after Spain, Portugal and Italy are the majority of the Europeans that we have in our countries. Europe has already their share of suffering, with wars, communism, etc, and now I dont know, that when you started to feel or see that the immigration was more than that, I feeo invasion, I think you should have protested against it, and try to stop it. Now it's seems.is a.little late. But you still can kick them out.
