Ran both presses. Both have good and bad qualities. The hedi has a lot of technologies that tend to be very expensive to maintain and repair. I found that the larger Komori is more mechanical and easier to understand and repair. For major long runs I would pick Komori., once set up correctly, it'll run forever without adjustment. For hang and bang out small to mid jobs, I would pick Heidelberg. They are more efficient to start up and change over but will realign as the press heats up and need to be monitored closely until it stabilizes. The final end of day wash up, does take longer, even after running overnight shifts.

The Komori is a very good choice to buy and sell. Large commercial printers choose both and that says a lot. Depends on your wealth which one you would consider today.
