    What’s the first step? Where you push the pile of paper in and it clamps, releases, pushes, clamp, releases, push’s redone.
    What’s it doing? Compacting it for cutting?

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  3 дня назад +1

      Hey! Some printed work retains intercalated air under the sheets. Crushing the block helps with accuracy because it removes air volume. The ideal would be a piece of equipment called a "jogger" with air removing roller.

      how much pressure are you putting? for weighing and cutting?

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  3 года назад

      Hi! crushing improves cutting accuracy and decreases air volume. This printed service would go to folder.
      Sorry my English.

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  3 года назад

      @@vakogrif219 Hi. the pressure was around 2500 kilos, for 1250 sheets. The size 43.8x63.8cm. You can work smoothly with 2000 kilos if the knife is very sharp on certain types of prints. Remembering that the polar machine 115, has a minimum pressure of 150 kilos and a maximum pressure of 4500 kilos. 😯

      How do you set up the automatic clamping to remove air before starting the cutting program?

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  Год назад

      @@jeffhamilton5985 Hello! For Polar E ED, X XT or N series, press the pictogram "additional functions" and select one of the air functions:
      ▪︎5 air front table on*
      ▪︎6 complete air table on
      ▪︎7 compl. air table off
      *(5) Optional Function!
      Depends on special valve.

      @THE MACHINIST not to turn the air table on or off.,how do you program the lift of paper to move forward and the clamp to come down and press the air out of the paper automatically before you start the cutting program

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  Год назад

      @@jeffhamilton5985 OK. I understand his question. First insert the measurements starting from the edge of the block towards the inside of the block. Example 14>12>10>8>6>4....then mark the measurements with the additional function "press without cut". You can also set it to prepared clamp(knife) or fully automatic clamp(knife) - just like the video.
