    Hola Maquinista, he leido en algun comentario que entiendes perfectamente el español. Millones de gracias por tus videos y en especial a esta magnifica demostracion del cambio de cuchilla.
    Me gustaria saber si es posible que subieras algun video con ejemplos de programacion con medidas de caga, expulsor programable, Eltrotac, bucle, Autotrim... aunque con una programacion sencilla y rápida tambien sería suficiente... Quizas ya lo tienes publicado y no lo he encontrado, o quizas te es imposible hacerlo. En cualquiera de los casos, millones de gracias. Es estupuendo tu trabajo

    0:41 & 1:00 The operator's manual does not say to tighten the fixing screws (a), but tighten the fixing screw (y) again. 12:25 Tighten all the knife screws from centre towards both ends alternately.

    I remember changing a 2800mm (110 inch) knife. It took two people just to lift it into position without nicking the knife. And God help the operator who forgot to raise the knife before installing the new one and crashing it into the cutting board.

    I get confused when resetting eccentric bolts from right to left any advice?

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  Месяц назад

      The crank eccentric (arm) when turned clockwise deepens the knife for fine adjustment. Don't forget to tighten the bolt that serves to lock and open the adjustment.

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  Месяц назад

      The two eccentrics under the knife prevent the knife from sliding vertically after adjustment.

    Hello sir my machine have problem.
    Maximum cutting Time elapsed (469) ?

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  Год назад

      The best answer I've found.
      I think you have a problem with the SK card. The card SK controls the cutting cycle. The best point to begin with is, move the card to another machine or bring a good card to this machine and check it out. The donor machine don't necessarily have to be E. it can be S, ES, E or ED. But before you plug in, check the card model, it should be same or the newer version than the replacing card.

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  Год назад

      You should check the 2 activation buttons first to see if there is a problem.

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  Год назад

      But, I don't believe it's the buttons because the message would be different.

    • @marconiparello
      @marconiparello  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hi, I use a torque wrench. "The knife bolts set to 70 N.m". This is what technicians recommend. Tighten all the knife screws one by one from left to right or all the screws form the centre towards both ends alternately.

    What is considered the inferior line and superior line of fastening drillings?

      Are the knife holes. Usually 3 rows in sizes 115-176

      @andrewkeller4752. You may already know this. Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) knives have only a single line of fixing bolt holes. This is because the TC “tip” or grinding reserve is 25mm. and only maybe 17mm. can be sharpened/re-ground. And some brands may require a different cutting stick to those for standard HSS (High Speed Steel) or SS (Swedish Steel) knives. If you use TCT knives on any paper cutters, always seek the best technical advice from your local manufacturer’s agency or grinding station. Stay safe and well.

      You need to know what you are doing to avoid accidents... And if the machine is big 155 or 176, it becomes more dangerous because the knife is too big and heavy.
