Julia, I'm always happy to help people! These all videos are just for fun and to help people who dont have so much expierence in this Theme ;) Thank You :)
This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact ruclips.net/user/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
@@coffeetricksandtips1018 well, I had a Jura Ena 5 before and what I liked about is that I could clean it internally (against mold etc.), without bringing it to Jura who will charge a heavy penny for their services. I now have a 2020 model E8 and knowing how to open it and cleaning it is probably something a lot of people are looking for..everything is getting so expensive these days, so DIY is something a lot of people are looking for, just to save some money here and there
Our foam frother isnt drawing milk through, I dont think the steam pressure is enough coming through from the machine, any suggestions before I take it all apart?
The screen on ours has gone blank. Do you think taking apart and make sure all cords are attached well and cleaning out any dust would help? Machine is 4.5 years old.
the grinder of my e8 stopped working due to a rock in the coffee, currently the motor makes sounds but the grinder does not work, could you give me some advice?
No one put there water? If its make sound its mean motor still working! Check maybe there is something stuck(some dirt, rocky bean, rock) please make Grose grinder level, clean with vacuum cleaner and try again! This is what i can offer to try right now :)
Any tips on how to repair the electrical component on this machine? Our Jura E8 turns off mid brew and can't seem to hold it's power. We tried other outlets with the same issue. Thanks
Awesome Video. I have an bolt on the left and the right site at the back, on the buttom instead of screws like you. I habe no idea to remove them. Any ideas for me?
Hi, Thank You for Your question! I’m use special “Oval Head Service Repair Tool Key Screws Works for Jura” It’s a Oval screwdriver! If You have a Oval “head” try little bit hit with hammer and You will get perfect tool for these screw ☺️😁

I have same problem as cannot open screws on back of machine like you do on video - can you explain this as cannot see in comments - I have leak on right hand side of machine at bottom
@@coffeetricksandtips1018 there are no screws on the back of mine! its actually riveted shut with black rivets. I guess to prevent unauthorized maintainance. Bummer
Um zwei Schrauben in hinterem Bereich zu entfernen, brauchst du einen speziellen Schraubenzieher. Die Dinge sind leicht oval. Es geht aber auch mit Gewalt und etwas Mühe mit ner Zange
OMgosh....please...Easy? Not at all. There are so many screws being removed along with the panels....how is anyone who is not engineer or technology minded supposed to tear apart and then remember how to put back even with this video? I am glad this video is working for most of the viewers....but for me....all these steps and tiny parts is so confusing.
Hi, Thx for Your comment! Yes like You said it’s working for engineers etc.. but some who want save some money and can do byself i think it’s good video for them. Thx 😊
This man is a legend! With his help I got my machine apart. Cleaned out the brew unit and my machine worked again. Thankyou x

Thank you! This is the only disasembly/reassembly vid of the E8 PEP that I could find anywhere. Very very helpful!

Our machine seems to have a clog and very little water is flowing.
How do you disassemble the nozzle?
Thanks for the great instructions on how to open the unit. It saved me a lot of money on service.
Thx , Have a nice day ;)

Great video. I need to replace the tube and clips on the right side front going from the membrane regulator. Any ideas on size and availability?

Wie löse ich die hinteren unteren Schrauben bei 1:23min?????
Er hat normale Schrauben und Du wahrscheinlich die Nieten. Habe das gleiche Problem. Lösung gefunden?
I just want to open the right hand side panel. Presume I only have to loosen 2 screws on right hand side - 1 on front one on back?
Hey.How can I restore the machine (Jura e80) to factory settings? Is there something on the back on the motherboard that will reset the machine?

Mine is the same, I think they are some kind of tamper proof snap off screw…. May have to grind a small flat line in them then remove with flat head
They are screws and just use pincers to turn them
Нужна специальная отвёртка ,овальная.можешь купить ее на али экспресс
Thank you very much, this video was very helpful 👍🏽
So nice to help somebody 👍🏻
Please help me how can I get to the clinging part of the machine in the front?
Hi, Which one You think? Coffee dispenser?
Yes, because after the coffee is grinded, it get stuck at the pressure and dispensing process, nothing comes out except the high explosive sound
You need to take off both side panels and top! And then look up where are screws for these parts!
great. but i need clean fron nuzzle
Hey i have the same model but im missing the first 2 parts that u took off , does anybody know where can i buy them ?
Tnx
I have an error message saying open switch can you tell me what that might mean and how do I open switch on my E6?
Thank you
What kind of switch? 🤔
Open Water tap! Maybe you dont have a water on system!
The word switch just appeared on screen. I have no idea. Lol.
@@cheetahking9114 Open water switch and wait 10-15’min!
Maybe you have a broken flowmeter and machine not counting water impulses!

Does anybody know, how I remove two screws below at the back panel. I’ve got two rivets instead of screws? Thanks for letting me know
Well those 2 screws are not rivets but with the special oval head screwdriver to be operated
What kind of tool are you using on those two on the bottom back? Mine seem to have a round head which is very difficult to grip.
