Wow that is one impressive loco, can not wait to see her. Well done and thank you to everyone who has and is working on this project. Us members of the WHR are so lucky to have such dedicated people.
Can't wait for No134, she looks like a beast of a loco and it will be fascinating to see her on the WHR as she's not a garret that we're used to seeing. 👍👍
Great to see! Having seen her several times sitting in her rusted and sorry looking state, awaiting restoration, I am looking forward to seeing her out and about under her own power!!
Also remember they were quite a challenge to chase as they had a good turn of speed as the line to Oniondale was relatively straightest with not many sharp curve. Speeds in excess of 30MPH being common.
Great video of a momentus moment, well done all. We are hoping to get to the WHR 100 do at the end of June, be good to see 134 'in the flesh' and how it's progressing.

My late father worked on these locos in Port Elizabeth South Africa. Brings back memories. Thank you for the excellent video.

Garratt.
O man that is beautiful. Can't wait to see her under her own power.
Remember having quite a few rides behind the 2-8-2's out of Port Elizabeth. Glad to see it's restoration coming along nicely.
Looking great! Well done!
You guys should look to Union Pacific here in the US to sponser #9. The colors are almost exact. Their herald would look great on it!

This is great news! Are there any updates on the Chinese C-2 locomotive?
Excellent coverage as usual
This was a complete surprise to me! I had no idea that work on 134 was so advanced. Great stuff!
Very nice work, guys. It's a great thing you are restoring the 134 to her original glory.
Fantastic stuff.
This will be the loco of the decade once finished! Well done everyone
Oooo exciting! This engine is going to be massive!

Great progress being made.
Excellent work in the "Erecting yard" as they say, full steam ahead from now.
Ray.
I wouldn’t have returned the boiler on Friday the Thirteenth because I would be concerned something might go wrong.

looking at that pink rag in a pipe directly below the smokebox that wasn't removed before the boiler landed.....
The boiler was not finally fixed in place at this stage.
