Hi, I'm Zach with Brybelly. I'd like to show you how to get the most out of your Brybelly card shuffler.
Once you get your shuffler out of its box and the batteries installed, it's pretty easy to use. I've got a deck of blue cards, which I'll put on this side, and a deck of red cards that I'll place on the other.
Go ahead and slide the card tray all the way into your shuffler, and right below it you should see a wide black tab that says, "Press Down to Operate." Well, we're going to follow its instructions. Here we go.
Perfect. Slide out your card tray, and your shuffled cards are ready to play.
TROUBLESHOOTING
In the rare case your shuffler isn't operating properly, it's a pretty easy fix. If one or both sides of your shuffler aren't moving when you press the black operating tab, then your gears probably aren't spinning.
To reposition your gears, just find a long, thin tool around your home, like tweezers, an eyeglass screwdriver, or a pencil.
The number one reason a shuffler stops shuffling is friction. There is a long, thin gear that touches both the motor gear and the thicker, grippy gear that physically moves your playing cards. There are rare cases where this gear gets pushed right up against the side of the grippy gear. This causes friction, and the friction causes all your gears to stop spinning.
Luckily, the fix is simple. Just use your chosen tool to push the long, thin gear off and away from the thick, grippy gear. Once you remove that friction, your shuffler's function should be restored.

How to replace ballbearings in plastic 3 slot tray
Great! Once the batteries are installed, it's pretty easy to use! What batteries? What size? One would think that information could be useful. Thank you to a customer for the information that C-size batteries are to be used!

No where does it say what batteries?
Mine was stuck as well. It wasnt because of the gear being off , but I took the 4 tiny screws off the top clear plastic piece , and removed that , there are a couple of metal (silver) parts on the side that was getting the motor gear stuck on one side. Just kind of put it back on without bending it and made sure it worked before I put those 4 screws back in and tightened them. Works like a charm now.
I push down and it’s not working. If it’s not the gears or the batteries, what is it? Can you help.

The batteries are very difficult to load
have any idea if one can buy replacement parts? I need the piece that says: PRESS DOWN TO OPERATE. A little cross piece broke and otherwise has been operating just fine.
What size batteries does it use, I can’t find it in the directions
Would have been nice if it had stated anywhere on the box or that flimsy little 1 page insert what fucking size batteries to use!

The instructions are garbage. Is it to much ink to print what type of batteries this thing uses? This video doesn't help. I cant see what you are pressing down or how. Maybe I'm just missing the spring loaded platform? I will never know. I am returning this before I break it trying to pull some imaginary platform.
