Great! Once the batteries are installed, it's pretty easy to use! What batteries? What size? One would think that information could be useful. Thank you to a customer for the information that C-size batteries are to be used!

The instructions are garbage. Is it to much ink to print what type of batteries this thing uses? This video doesn't help. I cant see what you are pressing down or how. Maybe I'm just missing the spring loaded platform? I will never know. I am returning this before I break it trying to pull some imaginary platform.

We're missing the spring loaded platform too! Couldn't figure out why it worked so poorly, then watched the video and saw what we were missing. Any idea where we can get one?
Mine was stuck as well. It wasnt because of the gear being off , but I took the 4 tiny screws off the top clear plastic piece , and removed that , there are a couple of metal (silver) parts on the side that was getting the motor gear stuck on one side. Just kind of put it back on without bending it and made sure it worked before I put those 4 screws back in and tightened them. Works like a charm now.
No where does it say what batteries?
it takes 4 "C" batteries.

have any idea if one can buy replacement parts? I need the piece that says: PRESS DOWN TO OPERATE. A little cross piece broke and otherwise has been operating just fine.

This was great. I have a different brand and was moving the stuck gears, but your video and explanation lead me to unstick the gears more precisely. Thanks!
