Thank you for the feedback. After shooting the first two I realized I didn’t get enough B roll of the throw. Next throw video I will be getting more angles and some slow mo shots!
I have a question about your grip. It looks like when you were throwing full speed that your grip changed slightly like it seemed like you pinkie was tucked in. And do you change your grip at all when you throw curves? I change my grip with the no-sting rubber balls, but I've never really quite figured out how I should throw foam balls.
Yes I did actually change my grip slightly for the curve. If you watch the drop throw video I used that grip. The one I demonstrated in this video was more for the straight side arm. I actually grip foam and no sting similarly. With foam it’s more about the wrist flick and making sure you use your body in your throw so you don’t have a shoulder injury. I have a no sting ball so I can do a video showing the differences between no sting and foam!

Hey when i perform this throw the separation between the humerus and the rest of the arm hurts after 10-20 sideball shots. Is my technique wrong or what?
You are either A. Performing it wrong or B. You may have an undiagnosed injury. It should not hurt to perform this throw. Make sure you are warming up properly. You shouldn’t go from not throwing to trying to throw as hard as you can.
This is super helpful!! Would love to see multiple angles and some slow-mo!

This is super helpful! Can you include slow-motion playback of the full speed throw for the next technique video?
Yes definitely! I will be doing more b roll at different angles.

Very helpful, would be interested in a right-handed right curve if you have that in your arsenal
I have some other throw related videos coming soon!
