Blackgang Chine Isle of Wight Life on The Edge

It's shocking to see from this drones eye view how close to the cliff edge the UK's oldest theme park sits on the Isle of Wights south coast. Blackgang Chine has been a family favourite for locals and tourists alike since 1843. With a history of landslides the park is left in a fragile cliff top location meters away from the cliff and an inevitable fall into the sea. Some of the park has been relocated across the road in an attempt to escape natures relentless erosion but time is certainly not on its side.
