Thanks for the video. This doesn't help you now, but I watched every video I could find regarding module installation earlier in the year. I'm doing mine this week. You probably wouldn't be able to see it after melting the plastic, but there's an actual slot marked on the inside where you are supposed to make the perforation, that actually hides the perforation behind the module bay quite nicely.
As you said, it can be a solution with micro whoops on elrs. I'll go that route too, I love my Tango2, I've had it for like 4 years or something. Can you say smth about the battery life with this adapter? Of course, it all depends on the power, but I'm talking about the approximate number of times. Thank you
I’ve been flying lots of tinywhoops lately and I’d have to say it definitely drains your tango 2 internal battery faster than standard. Feeling wise” I would say 10-15% faster. This is outputting at 50mw. If you worry about the extra drain, you can connect a 2s Lipo to the nano tx with an external usb c to xt30 adapter included in the kit
using external module with tbs needs happymodel's pdb to be able to power external module above 250mw.. using tbs one will randomly cut the power of external module because the internal pdb cant deliver the needed power.. all because of the tango 2 is powered by 1s lipo. and elrs needs 2s minimum.
@AlexLeeping Thats because the D stands for diversity with if your only using a single antenna it wont work, choose the ones without the D in front of it.
@AlexLeeping im using the matek diversity receiver with the tango 2 controller with the betafpv elrs module and i am running D250 with no errors and it works just fine and there is no latency
I did this mod today. And kept max output to 500mw. Fan threshold to 500mw. And power dynamic. And while my quad was literally outside my room it crashed. Because of rx loss. I knew there was something up. Thank you. Do you have any link for the pdb?

Ah cool! Thanks for the tip!

Even on the v3 board?
