Dekho fire toh kisko bhi kar sakte hai, woh hamare haath mein nahi hai par agar hum logo mein skills hogi toh fire hone ke chance kam hai aur agar ho bhi gaye toh dusri jagah job mil jaayegi.

As I started asking all these QA questions, then you are not invited in any meetings.. All depends on your higher team management and their thoughts about testing... Every day we learn new things and implementing... But again testers need to adjust according to the development team.
Yes, this happens in most teams, and I've experienced it myself. In one company, I wasn't involved in testing at all. Then, when a new feature was tested, I conducted my own round of testing and found numerous bugs, which I reported. This made them realize the importance of testing, and from then on, I was always involved in all meetings and testing activities. Sometimes, teams don't understand the importance of testing until we show them.
Questions bhi usi job pe uthte hai jaha sahi me wo reality hai. Developer ki job pe kabhi video nhi dekhe hai hogi ki Dev ki izzat hai ya nhi. Paisa hai ya nhi Scope hai ya nhi.... Qki development sb kuch hai. Or QA me kuch nhi hai. 15k me log job kr rhe hai. Log bolte hai bahut paisa hai. Bhai paisa hoga lekin sbke liye nhi.
35-40 tak hone ke bad kon sikhna chahate hai. Sbko comfort chahiye hota hai. Software ki koi bhi technology 2-3 month me sikh lete hai log. Bekar hai software company sala zindagi bhar padhna hi hai to kya fyda aisi job ka.
There is a saying,"You can wake the people who are sleeping, but you can't wake them if they pretend to be sleeping". People like you just want to share personal experience as universal truth and give up and let other to do so, however, such people will also say exactly same thing in any other role/domain.
