we're about a 1/3 of the way there. slowest bullet i could quickly google goes at about 180m/s. nisemono chuuihou at its fastest goes the length of a saber in one frame 3feet/1frame is about 60m/s. not sure about this level, but it's definitely faster, whoever passes could technically deflect or block a musket ball given they could see it.

I'd just have to code my kinect to input positions for motion controls, and beat the level in 10 minutes (VRidge session limit) using a cheap plastic phone-mount headset running a shaky, artifact-filled 40 FPS (from VRidge, not my 1050 Ti) and motion controls that work extremely poorly and update at no more than 30 Hz (kinect FPS).
...you know, the job market ain't lookin' so bad.
I don't even think it's theoretically possible with 30 Hz controls.
And with that framerate, I may as well just fool Steam into thinking there's a VR headset and feeding it motion from my phone so I can use Moonlight to stream. ...actually, that wouldn't be a bad idea, if possible. If anyone knows how to get SteamVR running without VRidge active, it would be very helpful!

Jack D I finally reached Expert+ after 40 hours of playing. I do it for a couple minutes every morning after breakfast. Good exercise during quarantine haha

Any tips for recording any beat saber without lag? I’ve tried to record a couple times but it’s been too laggy to play properly
set your recording thing to your GPU instead of your CPU. CPUs tend to lag.
Try disabling smoke and mirror effects

Ok, the first time I saw this map I thought: Ok, doesn't look that hard. But then there are these parts with more than 1000 Notes just down and up but at this incredible speed.
Instead of trying the level by myself I'd rather spend my time building a roboter that can pass this level.
With an HTC Vive this level is impossible to pass, everyone with the Rift and the Touch Controllers can try, because there are much lighter that the Vive ones.
Yeah I don't think anyone's gonna beat that anytime soon.
