Nice little hike! Enjoying your channel. Thanks for posting!
I liked the water fall! If that's the green patrol bag alone it can't handle cooler weather. There was a nasty chill during that time in my woods so betting it was chilly there as well. Great video brother!
Thanks for sharing your trip with us!
good video and glad to see you out after such a long winter was impressed with the water filtration system
Love camping at this spot. Will be there in a couple months doing a solo over nighter soon. Best place to stock up on birch sheddings also.
That is a nice waterfall & overall gorgeous country up there. Take care my friend & keep enjoying the great out of doors. - Marco
Just found your channel, Dave, and heard the WNY in your voice. I grew up less than an hour from this trail. Live in VA now, and miss the geography and the seasons. Subbed. Go Bills!
Nice little trip. Glade you had a great time.
I really like Keshequa Creek. I keep meaning to camp there but haven’t gotten around to it yet. Funny thing is I went to school at Geneseo and never knew about it until years later, and then only found it by accident!
Very nice trip Dave, thanks for sharing it with us. I'm spending a week in beautiful NYState soon. Love the waterfalls! Take care, Wade
Fantastic video. Thx for taking us along. Beautiful scenery & gear information
David, glad to see you again cuz!
Dave, Man that spot is awesome..... The footage you have taken is incredible. I will have to clone your omelet in a bag trick... I love omelets, but they are work while in the woods... Take Care, Clark
Thanks for having us along, looks like a good hammock set up. All the best from Scotland, ps loving my Lagom Bush knife it is exactly as you demonstrate it. Garry
Very inspiring! Thank you. As soon as my daughter graduates med school next year I'm ditching my corporate merry go round job and hitting the trails. Thanks again!
Awesome view
Great to see you out Dave. It look like a nice hammock. That waterfall was beautiful. God bless you. John
So nice to see an "action video" out on the trail. Hope for more of that Dave :-) All the best.
Dave, your videos are always amazing and so peaceful to watch. Thank you Bob Ross of Bushcraft!
It looked like you had the place to yourself, that’s always great.
In wet and rainy country the hammock tarp is definitely the way to go.
Enjoyed your adventure.
Dave, thank you so much for taking us along! The area looks absolutely beautiful and I can see why you love the waterfall. I'm in upper Michigan this weekend and was out hiking and doing some videos and taking some photos, is a beautiful time to be out today and it seemed to beautiful where you were. Again thank you so much for sharing this.
Nice to see you out and about and testing new stuff Dave. thanks for taking me with you ;-)
Nice video my friend. I haven’t been getting notifications. Don’t know why.
That was a great hike.
You always make everything look so easy. Thanks for taking me along again. What a beautiful spot. Sorry you got rained on.
Great seeing you out and doing your thing brother!
Cheers,
Tim
Great video Dave.I really enjoyed watching my good friend. I'm looking forward to your next video brother. God bless you my valued friend. Tennessee
Great video, Dave. Really like these kind of videos, and eventho it’s not feasible to do one every video, getting out and about with you on your camping trips are great! Thanks for sharing brother. Take care, Nikki.
Hey Dave, beautiful area to camp in. Cool seeing you on a trip.
I enjoyed it. Great video. Thanks for sharing your experience with us...adiós
The hammock and pillow are not very expensive. Thanks for sharing. Could you have an open fire or is it restricted ?
Very detailed pack list, super video Dave as usual, thanks for sharing Brother
Beautiful place to hike and camp. I think you're the only one I've seen do an omelette in a bag. Cheers Dave.
Really nice trail, that waterfall was epic. Good to see ya Dave.
Very nice to hear from you, Peter! Thank you for taking the time to watch and leave your awesome comment, my friend! -Dave
As ever I really enjoy your videos. They are among the best. Thanks for sharing your hike with us!
Thank you for taking the time to watch and leave your very kind, encouraging words, robert! I really appreciate that, my friend! -Dave
We have the same style and color of SHEMAGH Scarf buddy. Love the river, creek, falls, trail and awesome campground. Great hammock setup...such a pro!
Great to hear from you, Joel! The shemagh is such and excellent piece of gear...great minds think alike! Thank you for taking the time to watch and leave your very nice comment, my friend! -Dave
Good stuff.
What a great video .Thoroughly enjoyed watching the hike as well as the gear review. Your videos are always so up- lifting and positive . Always looking forward to watching your videos. Thanks for sharing and take care my friend. By the way ,what is your current favorite bushcraft/camping knife? I still can't put down my favorite Lagom Bush knife.
nice as always
Hi coffee buddy!! Great video!! Blessings 🙏
Fun stuff bud
Great hammock and great trip! I like that suspension system in that it's the type that I use. If I may add one bit of advise, Slow down the camera motion when showing a "look around". Keep up the great work and do more of these trip videos. Thanks!
In the Woods with Bigfoot I was going to make the same comment, but I always read the other comments first, so I don’t have to make a negative comment. Sorry I used yours 😁. It did make my head spin a bit! It was probably because of how rushed Dave was because of how late it was. Losing daylight. He usually swings the camera slowly. Sorry to piggy back your comment.
@@crosscountryoutdoors2472 That's all good man! Dave is really good about taking constructive criticism, so I didn't hesitate. Dave is a great guy and I feel that we have a good relationship even though we have never met.
I know he’s great that way.
Thank you for watching, my friend! You are exactly right and I will definitely slow things down a bit next time! I also have plans for many more trip videos to come in the future! Great to hear from you! -Dave
Sorry about the crazy camera work, my friend! You are right...was in a bit of a rush but next time I will plan much better and slow down a bit. Thank you for taking the time to stop by! -Dave
Good video
C'mon Dave I wanted to go too. I wanted you to review my Benchmade Puukko 200. Another time
let's do it my friend.
Hi Dave! Good to see you out in the woods! Nice video. Let me ask, do you carry a pistol or some other form of protection when out in the woods? If not, aren’t you concerned about animals?
what type of blanket or heat source would you take if you did it again?
Nice,clean easy english for foreigners..speak slowly..excelent
What part of the country are you hiking in.
Tents rule..!!!!!
Does anyone know if he is posting new videos on a new account? I see he hasn't posted any new content in 3 years.
You should camp with me, I live in Holland NY sometime
Very nice! I grew up not too far from you, my friend! -Dave
Hey Dave sorry yt bummped you off my channel I'm back
