But I have a question, can I just skip the cotton pads with even watery texture toners or should I follow the recommended way?? Cause I ditch using cotton pads a long time ago.
You can always just ditch the cotton pads and just apply them on from your palms. The reason why I suggest using them is so that you wouldn't waste any from it overflowing out when you apply them.
