So here is the prequel, and it does incorporate a new gimmick.
Almost none of the ennemies have guaranteed drops, so you have to deal with a luck element unlike the sequel.
There is also some inconsistencies with the difficulty growth, so a couple points will require some big grinding before going pass the wall.
