Hi Brandon, if the property you are interested in to start your business, says no subdivision, does that means you can use it for residential, commercial or what ever you want?

I would check with your local zoning laws to get familiar with what it means.
My assumption is that "no subdivision" means you can't split the property into multiple properties or into a multi-family property.

Thanks for your videos. I am new and wonder if one can start out with larger than 3 bedrooms home? I heard that you only can start out with 3 beds home as far add licensing. You have mentioned that on your video that you prefer 10-13 beds home. Please help charting that. Thank you.

The bigger the home yo have the better! Small homes are not very profitable and have very tight margins - I highly suggest you start off with a bigger home to make sure you're covering all the expenses required to run the business. Also, note that residents can share a room (as long as the room is big enough), so when I say 10+ beds, I mean actual physical beds, not bedrooms, though each of my facilities has 10-12 bedrooms in it).
